The manager Michele is very knowledgeable and super friendly and welcoming. The whole staff is wonderful. It really is very nice to walk into a store where the staff knows what they are talking about and knows where everything in the store is located. This is a new location that is actually right across from the gym. Don't even ask about a review from the gym because that is going to take a while as I have to set foot in it first lol. Anyway I said all that to say that it is conveniently located so if you guys and girls out there can travel to that LA fitness, This Vitamin Shoppe is great to go into in order to get your pre and post workout drinks. All said and done great store great location and great people. That equals an excellent experience.

This was my first visit so I'll report back when I have to do more extensive shopping around the holidays (god, help me.) Cons: The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare. I will not shop at Whole Foods until they limit the number of online orders and show some consideration for customers shopping in the store. Poor management to put profits over people. Also, other store notes: at every hot bar location in general the food quality is pitiful and the cold food is no better. I got sick after eating their Sonoma chicken salad. I learned the hard way that 50% off is no bargain. What used to be organic/healthy now looks like frozen unhealthy meals. They are even inconsistent with when they put food out? The pizza & sushi are just ok, nothing special. Everything is expensive including the $14 Guacamole. The croissants taste like brioche bread, usually stale. Costco has better fresh sourdough bread. I shopped here because it was convenient but all of these items I could get anywhere. Pass.

I started with a Groupon at a different location and have been frequenting the multiple locations across Long Island since. It's great for the water but way more than that! Last month I finally became a member and it's already worth it. The infrared sauna has helped so much with healing and cleansing along with the other services. I also like the inbody machines they have now which really motivates me ! The Bellmore location is one of the newest locations and I'm glad because it's a convenient location! Knowledgeable staff, spacious area for the footbaths, and a nice private sauna room. I definitely recommend learning about the important of a balanced ph - love the greens and superfactor - and try the fire cider- totally kicked my cold!

Today I tried the "Love You To Peaches" smoothie was refreshing on this hot day. Perfectly blended, super fresh, and not overly sweet. You can tell they use quality fruit here. The place is always clean, the service is quick, and the overall vibe is great. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want a healthy drink that actually tastes good.

My order was ready by the time I got there. A quick in and out. It wasn't busy at the time of my visit, but the workers were bubbly and the place was clean. I ordered the Purple Dragon Smoothie and the Chickpea "Tuna" Sandwich. Both were really good. I did end up adding some honey to my smoothie when I got home, next time I'll ask them to make it a little sweeter. Other than that, it was perfect. The chickpea tuna on sourdough really hit the spot. I'm so happy to have stopped by. I'll be returning.
