It really is very nice to walk into a store where the staff knows what they are talking about and knows where everything in the store is located. This is a new location that is actually right across from the gym. Don't even ask about a review from the gym because that is going to take a while as I have to set foot in it first lol. Last month I finally became a member and it's already worth it. The infrared sauna has helped so much with healing and cleansing along with the other services. I also like the inbody machines they have now which really motivates me ! The Bellmore location is one of the newest locations and I'm glad because it's a convenient location!
