On several occasions I've had to ask employees just to brew coffee, and overall the customer service and politeness have not been what you would expect from Whole Foods. I don't place most of the blame on the employees themselves many seem overwhelmed, undertrained, or unsupported. The bigger issue appears to be management and the lack of organization and supervision.
