I've done business here for years. Today, in pain, I ordered a delivery. They came, called and I missed the call - that's on me. However, they are only three minutes away and I have been a dedicated customer. They charged me for delivery and now want to charge me double to come back again - at first I was told they didn't want to deliver anymore. This is how they treat a dedicated customer who is in physical pain. You, as a future customer, should know that you will not be valued. Yes, you can buy your weed here (in Nassau county) but you will not be a valued customer. James kept me on the phone for 15 minutes initially. The new people working there are not efficient. This is not James' fault - it's managements' fault. Poor James caught up in the middle of it - I know James knows I'm right but he needs this job so... This is a store for young pot heads who do not care about how they are treated. This is not a store for adults who appreciate great customer service and being valued. This store is not your friend. Now, they are not refunding my money back so they are thieves. I have covid and I'm disabled - i will now have to walk my sick ass over there to complete this business. It's such a shame. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! First I called them to help me pick a product from their online site because it was the first time I was going to use this type of product and they told me to just do it myself!!!! , couldn't be bothered. Then I ordered something online and USPS said it was delivered but I never received it. I called up the company and spoke to Dana , who basically said she can't do anything to help me because they sent it out and it was confirmed delivered. In the meanwhile I had my credit card put it in a dispute and went to order the product again, and was immediately phoned telling me they can't send anything to me because of my delivery problem. I thought the customer is always right. Then I suddenly received the item and cancelled my dispute and then called them to apprise them. Dana once again was nasty , I said why wouldn't you send me the item, I honestly didn't receive and why are you lumping me in with all the dishonest people. And now can you take my name off your list because I received the item, for future orders and she said no because I WAS HOSTILE TOWARDS HER!!!! They are very knowledgeable about their products and gave me a awesome sleep aid and something for my pain after the surgery.

Very knowledgeable staff, and have to say the Shikai CBD lotion is great, 2 years of tendon pain on my heal is drastically reduced. I stopped taking the CBD gummies which did help, but no where near as much as the lotion. I wish I could give them 0 stars. After staff turned over this place went downhill and I found out how nasty the owner Jen is to employees and people in general. Jen lied to me several times about products including cookies she gave me and said we're vegan and not selling. I ate one, which was stale, and got sick from the egg in it. Great experience with the store and its products. Dana was so extremely helpful to my girlfriend and I. She definitely knew what she was talking about and was very knowledgable in literally all of the products in the store! I had purchased a CBD vape to help me sleep for my extremely early shifts that I had to be awake at 4am for and it puts me right to sleep!
