I love the vitamin shoppe however, this facility always aggravates me!!! I am standing at the register, the lady sees me standing there why does she offer to help the guy who just walked up to the other counter!! Really, the guy was very nice and clearly stated I was waiting first... she proceeds to check him out.... I normally travel about 35 minutes to avoid this place because the young lady in the Williamstown store is outstanding!!! read more

I was having a bad day; wasn't feeling good all night and morning, so, I went to the vitamin shop to get some magnesium citrate for my heart. I walked thru the doors of the vitamin shoppe store feeling like crap, but that didn't last long. Once I got inside, I started looking for what I needed and couldn't find it. I walked over to one of the store representative and asked, "Do you know where the magnesium is. She greeted me with a warm smile. I thought the sun had just walked into the store behind me it was so bright. The young lady says, "Sure, right over here!" I have to say, I had the best experience with this customer service representative at this location. I never felt so welcomed! The young lady who helped me was a very sweet and kind person. She was the most knowledgable person I have ever come across in a Vitamin Shoppe store. She knew what magnesium I wanted and went on to explain the importance of this mineral. I went in feeling like scrap and walked out like a celebrity...and I think I even got a little tan from her bright smile! Thank you for such a great experience. read more
