I started with a Groupon at a different location and have been frequenting the multiple locations across Long Island since. It's great for the water but way more than that! Last month I finally became a member and it's already worth it. The infrared sauna has helped so much with healing and cleansing along with the other services. I also like the inbody machines they have now which really motivates me ! The Bellmore location is one of the newest locations and I'm glad because it's a convenient location! Knowledgeable staff, spacious area for the footbaths, and a nice private sauna room.
