Generally they are very good, but trying to get Wellness capsules has become almost impossible. The Lake Success location is constantly out of stock and never know when they are going to come in. I have been going into Manhattan to the 5th Avenue location and purchasing several bottles at a time. My son needs to them for seizure control and anxiety. Now both stores are out of stock and no one has any idea when they will be coming in. Please work on this issue ! read more

Prior to arriving, I had read the reviews. Naturally the negative ones stood out. Did not want to have expectations but felt a little trepidition creep up my spine. When I arrived I had a little difficulty locating suite W75,. A quick call pointed me in the right direction. I laughed to myself when I saw how close I was to it. When I entered I was greeted warmly and filled out the appropriate paperwork. I was then led to the pharmacist. It seems that each pharmacist has their own "office. "I liked this as it insured privacy when discussing health matters and purchases. My pharmacist, Morgan, made my visit very easy. He was very knowledgeable in the products. He even explained about the relationship of THC and CBD that I was unaware of......And I thought I knew it all. I loved that they excepted debit cards. The dispensary I dealt with before did not. I arrive there around 8:30 AM. There was plenty of parking. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Easiest purchase ever. Thanks again. I will be back. I have been using Medmen as my medical marijuana dispensary for approximately 2 years now and could not think more highly of them. Everyone I have interacted with here has always been extremely professional and friendly and a true pleasure to deal with. How often can you say that? Never! Nonetheless it is absolutely true in this particular case. I remember when I started going here being very impressed with their pharmacy staff who I thought were quite knowledgeable and helpful to this newbie. I have to say I am sincerely impressed with how pleasant and friendly I find their staff members to be in general. It is certainly not common to find such a collection of pleasant people and I am convinced they are quite knowledgeable about how to hire excellent people. I should add that this is no minor compliment as I am highly educated in this area of expertise. I have tried their oils which I prefer and their vape pens which I prefer not to use as I choose not to vape. I find their oils more effective and cost efficient for me personally. Others may have a different experience than me, but I can only report about my own experience. I originally selected this Medmen location as it was nearby to where I lived at the time. I subsequently researched dispensaries online and learned that they actually had the best prices around at the time of my research which was an added plus for me or anyone who wants the best bang for their buck. read more

They do not care about people. When I got their I showed my card and was asked for my doctors authorization. I said I was here last year and produced proof. He said I was last their in 2019..again I showed proof. He pushed aside and said he needs my authorization. He scoffed at everything I showed. I asked him why he needed it if I have a valid card. He said it's the law. When I got home I called canabis management, they said he was wrong. Imagin that!!!! read more

please make sure you get a receipt, i was over charged a few times one time for$ 98, also if you receive a discount like Medicare ect , they will not give you that discount on sales, "pharmacists" are slow as hell. Medical juana sucks the pain is suppost to be gone the next day like with recreational bud. But the pain is still around the next day. And it puts you to sleep can't function. Don't buy from medmen. I went here my very first time and purchased what I could at curaleaf for 65$. 172$ for 2 products is outrageous. Seeing as this was 1 year ago, they have added pharmacann products but their lake success website does not even work. This Lake Success location is frequently out of inventory. You don't know this until after you make a long trip to leave frustrated and empty-handed. and They have only 4 products so how difficult is it to manage adequate inventory? Not even an apology or advice to call ahead to see if the product is available. Given a choice, go elsewhere. read more

On the plus the quality was good, staff were pleasant. On the negative, the pens are extremely skimpy for an outrageous price and took long for a simple transaction. I would like to see their products continue and develop as rec becomes legal, but they need to at least double the volume of those minuscule pens or your customers will feel taken advantage of. read more

We all love a comfortable workplace! The MEDMEN staff is abundantly comfortable. Unfortunately, customers suffer. They socialize and seem to consider customers an intrusion at the front desk. This, coupled with the unknowledgeable "pharmacy" dispensers who are very pleasant, but unable to give suggestions that might tailor products to patients needs, and the crazy lack of stock make this place AWFUL. read more
