Called store at 11:30am, told by another employee that they "have it in stock but don't know if we can sell it to you because it may not have launched yet" even though today is launch day. Drove back to store around noon, told that someone came in and bought the only 3 cases they had in stock, none available, unknown when getting more. What an absolute joke. I called several stores looking for a specific detox product. I finally found it at this location, which is 45 mins away from my home. However, I was NOT disappointed and the representative named Detras was amazing. She not only put the product aside for me, but also when I arrived greeted my with a smile immediately and then went on to help me find other products. This place is fantastic! I had been going to GNC for a while but a friend had told me about Vshoppe and I was astounded that I had been missing out. In comparison, their prices are sooo much better and the selection is as well. So far I have been in there 3 times. The store is nicely kept and the workers seem to know their stuff. The first time I had went in I was pleased to meet a girl named Sarah who kindly shared her knowledge about the product I was looking for. The last two times I had been helped by Solomun who introduced me to my new favorite protein and gave some of the best customer service I have ever received. The only downside to this place is the way they are right next to the road you need to get to but there is not an easy outlet. I called at night just to get a answering machine to find out the store hours. and a man answered the phone and rudely said where closed and hung up!!! I called the next to day with no complaint just to ask about some protein supplements and the women answered made me feel rushed like if i was wasting her time she didn't answer my last question and hung up as well I couldn't believe it.
