It was very busy. They have a ton of displays throughout the store which can be hard to navigate around when there's a lot of people. When I've I asked for assistance, they've opened up the drawer - shown me the options available at that moment and walked away, a la self-service. They don't have time to help the customer find the right product for your skin or the right color to match my skin. This floors me - as their products are not drug store prices or quality. They have a wide selection of brands including some of my favorites, such as RMS, Innersense, Rahua, Suntegrity, Plant Apothecary, Ilia, and so many more! I love being able to browse, try products, and test colors before purchasing, since I'm so used to just trying everything out online, and looking for pictures to see if colors will work on me.
