The shopping center is in the midst of a remodel, so you may not see their sign. But go past the roped off area, and you can walk to their entrance. Parking is easy in the lot out front. The store is in the middle of the strip -- only a couple doors down from the pet supermarket. It's large inside with everything neatly stacked on shelves. The items are sorted by categories. However, if you're looking for a particular item and don't know what category it would fall into, then you'll wander around lost -- like we did! There was only one gal working the counter. We waited to catch her in between customers to ask where the item we needed would be. Not at all where we'd thought. However, it was nice to find that it was on sale. And in looking through the other shelves, my husband found something he wanted to try. It was on sale for 25% off. So it made it a somewhat more reasonable price to try. I'm glad we stopped by. The front of business is under serious construction and the parking lot truly sucks ... but they had a super discount on a closeout protein bar that was about 75% off most other stores, and had a full box in stock. The employee was at the register in the front and center of store. He quickly looked up order, checked my id, and bam the order was ready in those cute little bags my wife loves. This store had multiple coolers in the front with many energy type drinks. Nice and cool for summer in South Florida. 90% of the time I come here they don't have my product in stock. Funny, when I lived in Palm Beach gardens for 5 years I NEVER had this happen. When I leave this store and drive to the Ft. Lauderdale store they always have my product. I'm not wasting my time anymore coming to this store even though it's closer, I will just end up disappointed and end up in FT. The salesperson working there today (11/3/21), Lazaro, was extremely rude, demeaning and unprofessional. He either hates his job or himself. He takes out this angst on customers, especially women. He even yelled at the corporate representative who was called at the store to clear up his refusal to provide service. Lazaro then proceeded to rant to other customers about his problem. His is being written up by corporate for his abhorrent behavior. Walk out if he is there. read more

Huge shop with a great selection. As usual just like other Vitamin Shoppes the person working was very helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. I love that Vitamin Shoppe doesn't just cary their brand, they have a very large assortment of brands. I am not usually one to go out of my way to leave a bad review but I just had the worst customer service experience at this location.. at any other vitamin Shoppe I've been to and I shop at vitamin shoppe frequently, the employees are super friendly and helpful.. today however I walked in and was not even acknowledged .. he completely ignored me until I went to check out at which point he was so rude when I got up there.. I had 3 items that were on the pricer side but I have found them at a lower cost on amazon, he then informed me that if it was a prime account the would not honor the price, I ask him why that had changed and his response was "caaaause that's what they told me to do" so them I said well I would like to give your store business if I can, would you mind ringing them up and let me know the total and if it is not that different I will still purchase here.. he responded by saying " I'm going to take the next customer because I know he's going to buy what he has so you can wait" .. at that point I ended up leaving and not even purchasing my items .. read more

I walked in to buy my supplements and realized I had left my phone at the office . Since I had my 2 young nephews with me , I had a sense of urgency to call my sister to see where I should drop them off after . I asked the sales guy politely if I could use the telephone to contact her and he abruptly said "No Public Phones" . I said "Oh,OK" I then explained my situation and asked then if I could use his cell phone . He looked at me and smirked . He told me to go next door to LIVING GREEN and ask them if I could their phone . So I did . The Sales guys at LIVING GREEN with out question let me use his personal phone and entertained the boys with small talk while I quickly contacted her . I will not go back to The Vitamin Shoppe for this reason . Either way ,I found my supplement for less at Living Green and from now on I will only give my business to them .
