I'm not a sake connoisseur but I love Void's sake expressions. Bartenders are super friendly and helpful. Sake is delightful. Always a wonderful experience.

Ok... take a break from the beer and Bourbon. Sake is a Japanese brew not distilled. There is a difference. I cannot explained n in a goofy review. It's an experience you need to do. Heck... step outside the box and do something different. Ya gotta experience life beyond the borders of your limited knowledge. Great stuff!!! See Brandon for your tour excellent experience and Nemo for your bar visit!

A cool place, great Sake for Lexington! Clear was OK, Njgori was great, the Tangerine Creamsicle was an awesome twist! Check it out!

Went to Void Sake Distillery while in Lexington for a concert. The tour was very informative. The distillery is a very small one but sure is good. We tried about 6 different sakes from a basic to a orange, a cinnamon, a coffee flavored and a squid ink/ lemon flavored. They also have flavored sake seltzers. They were all very good and we ending up buying several bottles. Some of the best sellers are sold in Liquor Barn and Total Wines in Louisville. They also ship to Indiana and Kentucky.

Void sake is one of my favorite places in Lexington. It is a sake distillery with lots of fun sake options from junmai to nigoris. Also they have some excellent flavors. My favorite is The Shining One which is a Tangerine Creamsicle (think orange Creamsicle). Another favorite is the Nameless Mist. I also love the sake seltzers and sake slushies as they have great flavor and are excellent for summer. The atmosphere is cool, chill and laid back. They also have great events. For example I attended a pottery class which was so much fun. There are also yoga classes and trivia. Food trucks also stop by. Finally the staff and owners are very friendly. Always willing to chat and tell you about the sake.

The tour and tasting was fun and informative. Book online for convenient scheduling. Outdoor seating available, sakes, a local collaborate IPA and seltzers on tap, plus two flavors of slushies! Something for everyone! Cozy atmosphere, very chill vibes, great out of the mainstream place to take a deep breath and relax a minute.

This is a cool addition to the drank scene in Lexington. We've seen their bottles popping up around town and wanted to come in and try out everything! I'm a sucker for a cool label. We did a few flights to try out everything on the menu and the bartender was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. The Harbinger and the Shining One were my favorites but we also really enjoyed the sale based seltzer's and I think they will be a hit in the summer. Definitely come check this place out and grab a bottle or two for your next sushi night!

Joe and Patty Rice are the best host. We did a tour with Joe and he introduced us to the saki making process. Patty then gave us the best run down of all the make. We left there living Saki.

This is one of 22 Sake distilleries in the USA. I have to say soon as I saw that Joe was doing this, I was shocked and excited. Everything this man touches turns to gold. I could barely wait until he started bottling. This past Sunday me and some friends saw that he was open for bottle service. We went in and bought all three of his unfiltered bottles of sake. It was cool kind of feeling like a part of history being made. Kentucky distilled sake. It was so good and smooth. The texture on your tongue and the scent in your nostril as you exhale after the first drink. It was outstanding. I didn't purchase the coffee one, but I did get the unfiltered and the fruity one. I can't wait to get some Sushi and bring home so I can have a great dinner with this hometown sake. Thank you Joe for being an awsome man with a great product. You make me really proud to know you. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to buy more and sample all of your flavors. Go check him out guys and gals. You won't regret it.

Every one we tried was fantastic, and we left with a bottle of sake and some seltzer that we're excited to try at home.

There's something for everyone, whether you're a "let me analyze the hops" person or a "just give me something cold and delicious" person. Everything we tried was solid, and it's clear they know what they're doing. The venue itself is super cool. Family friendly, relaxed, not pretentious, and somehow feels both lively and laid-back at the same time. The kind of place where you can hang out for one drink and accidentally stay for three. Service was great: friendly, fast, and helpful without hovering. Exactly what you want when you're trying to responsibly sample your way through a tap list. Parking is excellent. Stress-free. No parallel parking gymnastics. No circling the block questioning your life choices. Just... parking. Beautiful. They also had a pop-up event featuring local artists, which was awesome. Apparently they host things like that pretty regularly, and I love that they're supporting local small businesses. Nothing pairs better with a craft beer than community spirit. They offer pizza, which we didn't try this time, but it looked and smelled incredible. Great beer, cool atmosphere, excellent service, strong community vibes, and parking that doesn't make you cry. 10/10, will absolutely be back.

Apparently the restaurant has decided to try out a new concept called "Fine Dining: Survivor Edition." The tables sat covered in dirty dishes long enough to qualify as permanent decor, and our food took so long I considered filing a missing persons report. When it finally arrived, it was cold. Not "could use a quick reheat" cold -- I mean "the marinara sauce had the temperature and emotional warmth of an iceberg" cold. The loaded potatoes were overcooked with about three toppings sprinkled on top like they were rationing cheese during wartime. The pizza? Floppy, bland, and somehow both soggy and dry at the same time. Truly impressive. And the chicken parmesan sandwich was just confusing. The bread was actually great, which made it even sadder that the chicken itself was dry and somehow NOT fried. A chicken parmesan sandwich without crispy chicken feels like someone forgot the assignment halfway through. The restaurant may be dog friendly, but after sniffing the leftovers we brought home, even the dogs seemed personally offended. This place used to be one of my favorites, which makes this even more disappointing. Hoping this was just an off night because right now the quality has left the building faster than our server did.
