I came today to setup my will and my mom wanted to tag along with questions about a form from a nursing home concerning our brother's care. The form had 5 pages and was hard to understand Yvette Valencia told my mom not to worry and she will take care of the matter for her. Wow this is great customer service Yvette Valencia went above and beyond to help my mom.
