To my surprise, he remembered both me and my young son. The very next morning, I received an email saying that he and Nigel Burns had decided to take on my case. At one of the lowest points in my life, that message restored hope. Nigel Burns is the driving force behind this remarkable team. His leadership has created a law firm where excellence, integrity, professionalism, compassion, and genuine care are more than values--they are evident in every interaction. The culture he has built is truly inspiring. Samuel Brown stepped in immediately. His professionalism, legal brilliance, calm confidence, and unwavering dedication changed the trajectory of my case. He was exceptionally prepared, strategic, and compassionate. To this day, I remain in awe of the outcome and forever grateful for everything he did for my family. A very special thank you to Denise Flores, whose kindness and dedication went far beyond anything I could have imagined. Denise worked tirelessly--often into the wee hours of the night--preparing my paperwork, answering every question with patience, and making sure nothing was overlooked. She made me feel heard, supported, and cared for during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. What touched me most was not only this team's extraordinary legal skill, but also their humanity. They treated my son and me with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. They stood beside us when we felt alone and gave us the confidence to keep moving forward. The Law Offices of Nigel Burns didn't just represent my family--they became our beacon of hope. If you are looking for a law firm that combines exceptional legal excellence, outstanding professionalism, unwavering integrity, and heartfelt compassion, I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Nigel Burns, Samuel Brown, Denise Flores, and the entire team. My family will never forget your kindness, dedication, and amazing support. Five stars simply are not enough.

They were always kind, patient, and willing to answer every question I had. I really appreciated how they kept me informed with regular updates and explained things in a way I could actually understand. What impressed me the most was how hard they fought for me. I honestly expected to receive only a small amount, but they helped me get a settlement that was way more than I imagined. I'm so thankful for all their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about their clients.

However, Michael and his team took care of me and did everything they could to make my experience less stressful. They scheduled all my doctor's appointments for check ups and my appointments for rehab. Followed up with continuing care and physical therapy for over a year. They did all that they could so that I solely could focus on my recovery. But It's currently 2026, so why am I writing this now? Let me explain. A year after my settlement was completed, I was getting mysterious calls for collections for my ambulance ride. However, the bill was never sent to me to verify the debt. Michael assured to me that the paperwork they sent was not the right paperwork to verify. But me being skeptical was still afraid and overly cautious because I'm a person who pays all his debts, and didn't want my credit score affected. So Michael suggested that he can hold some of the settlement money as a "just in case" fund until the statutes of limitations expire. I think I can say that for any normal person, this would also seem to be a kind of sticky situation to take on as an alternative, right? Because this agreement requires trust. But in the end his team wrote a contract and I agreed and signed to hold the money. Now to why I'm writing this now; it has been years past since the settlement. To the point where I forgot the statute of limitations timeline. I was contacted by Michael late December of 2025 to schedule an appointment first week after the new year. It was our final appointment and I just received the last portion of my settlement that I forgot about! So trust was definitely earned and received. Excellent customer service.

I called and made a consultation meeting a few days later. Melanie was assigned to us as our attorney. Her Team included Adam, Alex, Coby, Maddie and Kaylee. Our experience with this stellar Team was truly exceptional from start to completion and they all were very professional. Acquiring a living trust is a big decision, and the entire team made the process seemless and even enjoyable. Melanie was outstanding, patient with all of our questions & concerns and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all the details and genuinely made us feel comfortable. It was evident she and her Team is prideful in what they do. This was a first class experience for my husband and I and we would not hesitate to recommend The Meier Firm to anyone searching to have a living trust done.

I don't understand how this place is still open. STAY AWAY…read more We came to this place, not by choice. We were NOT their clients. This incident happened in 2019 but I am just now giving them some of my time. This is a very long story that felt like it had no end. However, at the end of the day I beat them at their own game. My neighbor called me one day and asked if I wanted to buy the house off of him and I said yes. He let me know that the home was under a living trust with this legal service center. He asked if we would be ok with meeting at their office and we had no problem doing so. We met with Perry 4 separate times. The first time we met he said I would qualify fast enough to buy this house because the bank was going to kick my elderly neighbor out of it soon. Then he said he wanted to see pay stubs and proof of down payment. I had no problem proving my willingness and readiness to purchase the home. So we went for a second meeting with this prof and a letter from my realtor that I was pre-approved and ready. Second meeting with Perry: I showed him the paperwork of readiness. He said they were looking for a cash offer to ensure the bank doesn't kick my neighbor out. Each meeting Parry tried to discredit me and my daughter as buyers. Third meeting: I showed up with cash to prove once and for all that we were ready to buy this home. Perry acted as if we were investors trying to buy and flip the home. Final meeting: We (my daughter and I) had a heated meeting with Perry because we were getting tired of him discrediting us as buyer. We didn't need Perry to buy the home but he was in our neighbors ear. Making him scared to be thrown out and trying to convince him to simply sell to a friend of his (an investor) Behind the scenes: Perry was trying to get his friend to buy the home because if the home was sold to the friend, Perry would get a nice cut from the transaction. This is illegal but hard to prove. Later we found out he got in contact with our neighbors daughter to have her convince my neighbor (her dad) to sell to the friend. He also gave the daughter money for convincing her dad to sign the paperwork to sell to the friend. Then he wanted my neighbor to pay him for all the meetings we had and we told our neighbor to not give Perry a dime. Finally, I had a serious and reassuring conversation with my neighbor letting him know that it would all be fine if we bought the house of of him. Our neighbor wanted to sell to us so he drove to escrow and canceled it. We left him in the home for 3 months after the purchase and found him an apartment to live in. I was finally able to buy the house and live happily ever after no thanks to this legal service center. These people are scammers and take advantage of people in their time of need. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS.

Met amber in the initial meeting, I explain that my landlord was evicting us due to a pending lawsuit against them. I showed evidence, she filed a petition for us to get more time to get more evidence and for me to heal enough after major surgery. Then I was told our court date was the 29th, did that happened NO. My court date was a day before my surgery. I rushed to the court house, I had no paperwork because I was told they had copies of my evidence and that I need to be there ASAP. When we got there their lawyer and "mines" were already talking. "Our" lawyer told us that we had no case and the evidence we provided were nothing but excuses and wouldn't stand in court, to just agree with the terms. He would constantly talk over me, wouldn't let me explain, and kept telling me I had no case. At one point he rolled his eyes and told me they had a "good deal" Wanna know the good deal... they'll give me 30 days to vacate and drop the lawsuit. If not they'll evict me in 3 days I told him he was fired and to go fuck off I was pressured to agree with their "deal" because I knew I wouldn't be able to leave in 3 days, specially after my surgery $1800 ( I believe) down the drain and they never answered my calls after I eventually got ahold of my other lawyer and he sorted it out but I still had to leave in 30 days ( he couldn't help with that) BEWARE of these people They'll give you answers you wanna hear They'll give you wrong information They'll give you the wrong court date
