#1 keep an eye on their socials. They aren't usually open on weekends and posted that they were and…read moreI decided to stop in on a whim. #2 it's part cafe, part nursery with a CUTE gift shop. Very unassuming from the outside but inside the gate it is giving secret garden in the best way. #3 the woman working at the counter was probably the genuinely nicest person I've ever met. She was attentive and kind and communicated that they were busy so it might be a little wait for food. I honestly didn't care how long of a wait it was - it was very peaceful so just hanging out was enjoyable. #4 I ordered a Chicharron pupusa, Tostilocos and a lemonade. They both had great flavor and the pupusas weren't super greasy. I wish I ordered two instead of one. It's a small space with just a few small tables scattered around with some seats. But being in a hearty gives it this lush and semi-private ambiance. I will DEFINITELY be back.

As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a staff member who was helping another customer choose salsa. She still took the time to welcome us and help me place my order, which made the experience feel so personal and inviting. I ordered two chicharrones, a mixed pupusa, a mango agua fresca, and chips with salsa. While ordering, she mentioned they go through over 200 salsa recipes, again, WOW. You can truly tell how much passion and care goes into this place. There were locals coming in who clearly knew her by name, which made the atmosphere feel even more special and community-oriented. Our food took about 15 minutes because everything was made incredibly fresh, so we spent the time walking around the nursery and discovering so many unique and beautiful items. Once our food was ready, we were beyond pleased. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavorful, fresh, and satisfying without feeling too heavy. This place has such a warm, authentic charm, and I already can't wait to come back!
