This food truck is located on the corner of Main St and Rendón Ave. Their rice/beans are cooked & seasoned well, making any dish you order delicious! I love that they have a self-serve salsa bar with a variety of salsa options. You can also pack your own limes and radishes. Service is pleasant and quick. I haven't tried the tamales they sell on the side but it's clear those people work hard too and they are out there in the cold. The area is a bit sketch but nothing crazy, it's well lit and there's always a lot of customers waiting on their food so I've never felt unsafe. read more

This is the best taco truck in Northern California Located in Stockton . They open after six o'clock and literally have the best tasting everything including their salsa's. It is a must try. They don't have the best location in Stockton but we never have any problems going there. You can call and order your food because they have long lines. It is a must try. read more

Wow, just wow! I'll admit it. This whole idea of tacos from a truck took a minute to grow on me since relocating to California. I couldn't understand the obsession behind it. Now, I'm obsessed with taco trucks and it's super dope when you find one that exceeds your expectations. I like food that is unique, that breaks the mold and doesn't just do something for the sake of doing it. This is some of the most delicious AL pastor I've ever tasted. I like that you get to dress the tacos to your liking. The horchata is on point. Seriously. This place feels like home. It's family owned and operated, and the customer service is A1. 3.5 but rounding up for the accommodating service when requesting all meat burritos which aren't on their menu. I've been 3x and it's overall been good but a couple let downs. First visit: ordered tacos al pastor and a mulita. The al pastor was good and their red salsa is hotter than any taco spot I've been. I like spice but in this instance I would have preferred the green avocado salsa I assume it is since it was thicker than the other green salsa. The mulita was blah to me but I don't think it was the way it was made I think it was just the type of dish it was I wasn't impressed with. I would have been better off getting another taco. 2nd visit: all meat burrito with beans request and it came out good! It was still a good size and not super filling even tho it had no rice. 3rd visit: all meat burrito with beans, cheese, and two meats of al pastor and chicken. Was still piping hot when I got home and it looked a little bigger than the last one I got. Problem here was it had a lot of grease on the tortilla which made the texture of the tortilla feel like it was doughy and not heated. I'll be coming back for tacos and to try the papa rellena which looks pretty fire if you have a huge appetite. This food truck popped up on my social media and we have no regrets giving this a place a try. You know the food is going to be amazing when you pull up to charcoal meat being grilled. We ordered the papa rellena with al pastor, 3 tacos(al pastor, chicken, and carne asada), and 1 mulita(chicken). Flavors were balanced with spice and meat was very tender and juicy. Complimentary sauce bar was very clean and offered a variety of options that perfectly paired with all the food. Of all the meats, a must try has got to be the al pastor especially on the papa rellena. The area around was not particularly safe so just remain alert and we recommend coming during the daytime! Heard so many great things about this spot and so I stopped by to quiet my mind's curiosity. They are open late on Saturday nights, so I got here around 10 pm. This taco truck is hard to miss with their bright lights, table full of grab your own condiments, al pastor spinning on their outdoor gyro broiler and a line of people. The condiment table offered multiple salsas, limes, pickled veggies, jalapeños, fresh onion and cilantro. Before I pulled up, I was able to smell all the yummy aromas from my car. I tried both the al pastor and carne asada burrito. Meats were seasoned perfectly! The salsas I layered on top of my burritos were quite nice too! Between the two meats, I prefer the carne asada as it was a bit tastier to me. Will definitely come back another time to try their other items. Food was so fresh and hot! read more

Great customer service & food! I'm really picky about my Mexican food. The torta I got was al pastor. You decorate your own torta, tacos etc.... The torta bun is super soft & a big size! I couldn't finish it & I was starving. I also got an horchata with it. It was nice and cold! It was also a HUGE size. Not too milky & not too watery. Just right. Coming soon! This taco truck catered my church The House, easter event. Prices are great. Food is fantastic. Seasoning on meat is just great. Military is slightly crispy I loved it. But one star away for the wait time on the tacos. They have one cook and one person taking orders. For such a large event I don't reccomend that. But I hope to order tacos on a regular time and enjoy them again. read more

Really good tacos. Has a great variety of salsas. The red one is a bit spicy for me though. Must try the potato thing. It has your choice of meat with cheese, onion, cilantro, salsa, sour cream, and the potato itself is so gooey it melts right into your mouth. I absolutely recommend!! read more

Today I ordered over 8 tacos and although they were extremely flavorful the tortillas were full of oil and were ripping and falling apart as I picked it up. So I just had meat and toppings in my box. On top of that my friend ordered a burrito and it smelled rancid. I've had a pot of beans spoil on me recently and that was the exact smell coming from the burrito. It was horrifying.
