Seriously cool place that Stockton desperately needs! Multiple food trucks, picnic tables, and music...what else do you need? Stopped by on a Friday evening to grab some food. There were several trucks including 3 taco trucks, Kosmos, Rolling Lumpia, Nikki's Create-a-bowl and 2 trucks that offered desserts. I can see this becoming a very happening spot as the weather warms up and I would love to see a little more variety the next time I go. The area is a little bit sketchy but once you're inside the gates, it's very clean with plenty of lighting. Also, there's parking in back if you're not comfortable parking on the street. Was looking to support at the new location at the fairgrounds but only 4 trucks were open by 12pm on a Thursday. 3 were Mexican and the other was a mix of American and Mexican I believe. A let down since we were looking to try the Mac Box truck and Oozey B's. Can't expect a weekday lunch crowd if the options are limited to one type of cuisine. read more

Great selection of food trucks! I wanted a horchata and El Frutal did not disappoint at all! Super good and not too sweet! I paid $5 and got the large approximately 32 ounces. The small is 22 ounces approximately and cost $4. Go big or go home right! Perfect for this warm weather we are having today. Stocklandia Located on West Lane in Stockton, CA Here's my story: @stocklandia follow them on IG Stocklandia held an event back in October 2019 at Martin Luther King plaza in Stockton, CA. There was Food Trucks parked around the Park. Plus vendors stationed inside the park. I was with my eldest daughter and met family members. We had all types of food from sushi to tacos. We had a pretty good time. But the was the beginning. I was very fortunate to attend a special dinner for the food truck vendors. Right before the grand opening. It was pretty awesome and I was getting pumped. Halloween 31st was opening day. I've been pretty stoked about this for a minute. I was curious, because Stockton,CA doesn't really have something like this. Yeah, we have food trucks parked on streets. But not a place like Stocklandia. It's a hub for food trucks. The set up. It's all fenced around and in between a storage center and a house. You can't park inside, that's for the food trucks and vendors. The parking can be a little tricky. So you might have to walk about a block away. If you can't find parking in the front. There is an office and Stocklandia has an podcast. Tables inside for business meetings. There are restrooms here as well. Coming soon inside their warehouse, Stocklandia will be having a bar inside. Beer and wine will be on the menu. So this will definitely be one of my go-to's. Tacos and beer go hand in hand. I had the pleasure to meet the Stocklandia TEAM. Veronica, Robert and Kenny. Pretty awesome people. If you have any questions, just ask them and they'll definitely answer anything that comes to mind. So I had this day pencilled in for date night with the "Forgetful Lettuce" Unfortunately, life happens and she couldn't make it. So I ended still going anyway. As soon as I arrived at Stocklandia, it's was popping big-time. Mariachis in the background playing music. People having a blast and my eyes were fixated on the food trucks. Luckily, I saw some family members. So I hung out with them. I was taking pictures of my niece and nephew. They had some Bomb dot com snow cones from Sweets & Snow 209 ig @sweetsnsnow209 follow them. We picked up some lumpia from @rollinglumpia follow them on IG. They taste hella good, I'm getting hooked on them, did I mention they taste hella good, lol. We also orderer a certified plate from @international__flavors follow them on IG. Packed with rice, veggies, chicken and shrimp. So basically it was like a pot luck, lol for our family. Everyone trying out different types of food. We also had some best of the best tacos from @tacoslapalmita209 follow them on Instagram. Hella good Man, you won't be disappointed. The Thai Tea from @rice_dreams was good. Perfect with all the good food that is sold here. I also had this ice cream from @pineapplewhips. It was getting a little hot outside and this ice cream hit the spot at the right time. We also picked up a beautiful scented pumpkin candle from @girasolscentuals follow them on IG. I was really having a good time, I was thinking of her. So I sent a picture of food to her. Even though she wasn't with me physically, her energy was with me. I ended chilling for about three hours, loved the music the DJ was playing. It was a freaking awesome grand opening. My next visit was the following day. I took my good friend with me. When we arrived, there was some pretty cool low rider cars parked in front. I saw a few of my cousins and a couple of my Aunts, so we went to go sit with them. It's a pretty good family event type, so bring the family. I was telling my friend about the lumpia. He ended up getting some from @rollinglumpia He liked them and yours truly had one as well. I wanted a burger and fries. So I went to @kosmosburgers209 the Kosmos burger was off the hook, the fries with the dipping sauce was good too. The DJ was playing some good jams and I needed a drink, not alcohol, lol. I wanted to try this tea from @chowstreatsneats follow them on Instagram. The name of the tea is called Suicide and it was pretty good. I was sitting down and talking to my friend and hella Bmx local bike riders showed up to support Stocklandia. That was totally Rad, yo. It's was cool to see the kids perform tricks on their bikes. My friend and yours truly was hanging out for a few hours and we love just to chill like this. We'll definitely be back, my kids will be coming from out of state from school. So we'll hit Stocklandia up. But, I'll be here before they come back, lol. What a cool new place to have in Stockton! We just went here this Friday night and there were 7 places to choose from I believe. We ordered a little bit of everything. We had split a steak sandwich from Cosmos, got empanadas for Che, lumpia from Rolling lumpia, birria ramen and tacos (can't remember the name), and Mac Daddy fries/Mochiko Chicken/Spam Masubi from Mac Daddy truck. All the food would have to be reviewed separately but I wanted to review just Stocklandia itself. I think it's cool to see Stockton have a food pod like this. It's outdoor and people are sporadic so you can feel safe as people wear masks and choose through different places. I've been to food pod places in other cities and in Portland and this reminded me of that. Do prepare to wait though if there aren't too many trucks there since more people want the same things. I agree with the other reviews, STOCKTON DESPERATELY needed a place like this. I came here on a Tuesday so there were only 4 trucks that were operating. I will come on the weekend to see the other food trucks that were not present. But, I did take three orders from from 3 different food trucks today and they did not disappoint. The steak torta, carne asada cheese fries, and the beef rice bowl were all so tasty. Of course I'm coming here again, and I'm bringing some heavy eaters with me lol. read more

Today was my first time there and I had lots of fun honestly, dj playing coo music and they set up photo booth and had a really cool low rider there. Unfortunately I didn't have great luck the three times I went! I am a huge foodie and I love trying new places especially when it's local businesses. I heard wonders about this place. However every time I came which is a Sunday they are always closed. I come from out of town. So I hope you all can understand my frustration. So if you are coming to try this place make sure you come before 5, don't rely on their online posts. Good luck! This is not at all criticizing their food, again I haven't tried it. Today, I arrived to buy some food at a food truck, a man was upset banging on a food truck window !!! There was no safety or security around to resolve the situation. The parking is absolutely horrible, not safe at all!! People are crossing the street from Westlane road to Stocklandia. There needs to be a crosswalk!!!
