The wonderful woman who greeted us made us feel at home with her friendly hospitality. Larger than it looks with a warm homey feeling this store has something for everyone. We learned a bit about the history of Adirondack cheese and a relative cheese company I will leave for the owner to tell you about so be sure to ask. My friend and I had done the cheese trail the year before and all in one day but had a blast. We never found Adirondack that day as we were directed to an old sub location in the Village of Clinton. We were to get a cooler bag in completion and mail in of our completed trail brochure and I had sent mine in with the explanation of what had taken place. I never received the bag but the owner had some in her stockroom and was so nice to give me one when I told her my plight! Can't wait bring my friend here now that I found it!!

We rented the boat for a half a day and enjoyed drinks, snacks, sun, and fun. One of the best things is pulling off on to a dock and taking a short hike to another Lake, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lake. There is a lean-to at the end of that hike. Renting a boat on a summer day definitely lends to a beautiful and relaxing afternoon with friends and family! The things things that memories are made of!

He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was very respectable & informed me to keep track on replacing my filters on my calendar. It definitely made sense for my filter was way to clogged to be doing it's work like it should. It now is on my calendar every 3 months to remind me. I have never been disappointed in having Angelo Chiodo for many years. When I called the clerk on the phone was quick to set up my appointment also. If you have a boiler furnace, do NOT hire Angelo Chiodo to do any work on it. They do not appear to…read morehave expertise with boilers. I had them do yearly servicing on the boiler for the last three years and then had them repair it in February - March 2026 when there was a problem with very low heat. The problem was not correctly addressed. At no time did they check to determine that most of the water had drained out of the boiler. They said I needed a new aquastat and replaced it but set it to 200 degrees (about 40 degrees higher than needed). When I had a technician from a company that knows how to service boilers look at it, the inside was very dirty (had not been getting regular cleaning, although I had paid for maintenance each fall). He discovered that the water had drained out, that it needed flushing, and has repaired the boiler.

They are crooks! They replaced a exhaust filter for me during summer readiness service and at first launch the machine got water in the engine! They say it was my fault.. haha i dunno what they consider summer readiness but that means hooking to water. Every real mechanic i spoke to who worked on a kawasaki jetski says it was improper installation of the exhaust filter! Today i picked it up from them and the engine compartment is completely soak in milky oil. When I dropped this thing off it was clean .. i have photos of the engine compartment that proves its clean, the day it first died. God only knows what they did to this for two months it was in their care. They told me it was unfixable and now i know why.. they destroyed it!! I will be calling kawaskai tomorrow and the attorney general to lodge a complaint regarding shoddy business practices! DO NOT go here for anything!!

Living out of state, I knew this would be no easy task for me to accomplish. It would take a talented and patient person to coordinate and manage the design process in my absence, especially having never met me. I accompanied Tina on her initial walk through of the house via video conference. It was a relief to know she shared my enthusiasm for the project and had the vision to implement my long wish list of design changes. My primary objective was to undo the previous owner's Victorian touches and return the interior to a classic Colonial style. Tina delivered on every front. While her design work speaks for itself, she also handled purchasing and receiving, and managed the financial aspect of the purchases she made. She was mindful of spending and sought ways to reduce costs. She was always available via phone and e-mail, and did a great job keeping me updated on her progress. Not only did she complete the redesign on time, but even after completion, she contributed many hours of her personal time to ensure our interior photography was a success. When I was finally able to meet Tina in person, I joked about how it felt like I had known her my whole life. That's a true testament to her personality. Our family and friends who walked through the house before and after Tina's work all expressed the same awe at the spectacular job she did. Tina's designs positively impact all our guests- from a restful night's sleep on thoughtfully chosen bed linens to memorable wedding photos taken against the back drop of our grand interior. We replaced nearly every window in the house after the initial design work was done. Tina came through for us again and was there at the exact moment we needed her. Her work in taking down and resetting all our window coverings allowed us to complete the project on time and ensured our guests weren't affected. We're extremely grateful!
