He then sent me to his associate Ryan. I work night shift and don't have a lot of time to call so email works better for me. Ryan didn't call on the scheduled time so I sent him an email telling him to call me on a Wednesday. He calls me instead on a Tuesday. On the phone, he sounded uninterested and pretty much told me that I already have a good interest rate at 3.5%. He was not ready for my questions and he agreed to send me more info about lowering my rate and shortening my loan term. Never heard back and it's been more than a month.
