Spent $42 at this new car wash facility ( exterior wash $22 and interior clean$20. ). Exterior was done ok. Interior not done well. Passenger leather seat still had some crumbs and some ice cream stains. I told them that the interior wasn't done correctly. A manager came out and I showed him the dirty seat and told him just a little soap and water would clean it. He said that was all the cleaning I was entitled to for $20 interior cleaning and that if I wanted more it would require detailing. I left him with a few choice words. I will never go back. My husband and I received each a gift card for full details. After waiting for some time we were excited to make the appointments. There was an issue with the gift cards not matching what we were told. I have to say the staff were trying to accommodate us and the owner stepped in to make our experience remarkable. Used to not mind paying $10 MORE than you would anywhere else because they did a good job. That is no longer the case. Car looked like it literally had not been washed after the last one...and several before that weren't the best. But you fall into a loyalty type of pattern...until that breaks. Paid $25 (plus another $5 in tax and tips) for literally nothing. When I told the guys, who didn't even dry the wheels, that I paid for tire shine he told me that the machine does it. WHAT?! lol. Stop it. Contacted them when I got home (with a picture), got a response that they'd forward to the manager and then crickets. Went through this car wash yesterday and noticed something odd while wiping down the car after pulling out. Two of my tires had tire shine and 2 didn't! This place is horrible!! Dont get your car washed here unless you want to wash it again when you get home. This place used to be great. The last year year and a half it has really gone done hill. The vacuuming stinks. I have weather tech floor liners so you would think that it would be a breeze to clean. Loose dog hair everywhere!! They dont do a good job wiping everything down. Especially the door jams. You have to watch them carefully or it wont get done. It seems they want you in and out. I'm not expecting a perfect detail job. But it seems an extra 5 minutes per car with a little TLC would go along way. I hope the owner can straighten things out. Or hes going to lose my business. read more

I do not like to leave bad reviews but I would not recommend this place. I went twice and was turned down for a full inside detail. The first time, I got there around 8:50, the guy said he had a lot of people in front of me. He told me to come back earlier next Saturday, so I did. I was there at 8:15. I waited and the same guy gave me the same excuse. There were no other cars there except for mine, one of the workers and a car they didn't finish on Friday. Twice I wasted my time. I'm not sure how well they detail, but you probably will be turned down for untruthful reasons. It seems they don't want any business. read more

I had the interior of my 2017 Jeep Wrangler detailed today. My son and his coworkers had been using my vehicle back and forth doing construction jobs for several months, so needless to say, it was filthy, even while trying to mitigate "the dirty" for when I used it. Never in a million years did I expect what I got back when I picked up my vehicle. To say I'm flabbergasted at what a WONDERFUL job they did would be an understatement. They even got the ground-in concrete dust out of my cloth seats, which I had not been able to accomplish using an upholstery cleaning machine. My baby looks brand new again. It was worth every penny. I'll definitely be back and have already recommended them to friends for detailing work. I'm so thrilled, I wish I could give them 10 stars. read more

I went there today, hoping to get exterior and interior basic service. There is an automated gate, but the interior detail was not listed on the menu. An attendant finally walked up to my car and said the interior is done elsewhere and it costs $20.00 (plus $10.00 for a wash). This seems like a rip-off place. read more

Preface: I was at this establishment two days prior to this review and the only complaint I had was the washing of my other car seemed rushed and had to pull over in the parking lot to wipe down my car because the dryer wasn't given ample time to do its job. Yesterday: I drove the 30 minutes in from Brigantine to get my car washed and I asked for the $13.00 wash. I went through the car wash and the dryer was not working. My car was totally wet and soap all over it because the water wasn't given enough time to completely do it's job due to the fact that the process of the wash was pushed through faster than it should be. I've been to hundreds of automated washes and know how slow they should be going. This place rushes the process. And as so it doesn't completely dry either. I pulled over and walked to the front and I spoke to a man who was either the manager or the owner. I told him my car was still wet and he said we are having trouble with the dryer. So why didn't you tell me that before I paid you $13.00? I said. He clearly got a bit upset and reached into his pocket and gave me $10.00 cash. I accepted thinking well, for $3.00 at least it got the dirt off. I walked back to my car and dried it down. What a job. Another car goes through and they obviously didn't tell that person either. They drove back around and I don't know what transpired. A total of 4 cars went through the wash without being told. The last car I saw just shook their head and drove off. I finished and left. This morning I checked my bank activity. Guess what? They charged me $15.99. What a racket. read more

I purchased both an exterior and interior wash. The interior wash supposedly includes the interior seats and doors being wiped down. They were not. They must get away with not getting the whole job done as most people don't check their vehicles until they've left the premises. For my next cleaning I'll gladly go elsewhere. read more

I got the shaking of the head and that was it. I am outside today ready to re-load my car with all my belongings and the trunk is filled with sand. They never even wipe the inside of the windows. Beautiful building. Very state of the art and well maintained. Prices and quality of service leaves a bit to be desired. Paid about $25 (with tip) for the middle of the road package. Walked past 3 employees while walking from drop off to pickup and none even acknowledged me with eye contact. Maybe they don't speak English? One of the dirtiest areas of a vehicle are the door jams and they should be the last area that is dried before tossing the drying rags into the wash. Not here. I saw one of the three guys drying my truck hit the door jams and then a window. Needles to say I had to do that over when I got home. I'd rather save the $20 and go to a touchless for $5. I still have to do my windows but you do here as well for an extra $20. Lower the prices. Hire and train a competent staff. Advertise. Offer coupons. Wash Galloway PD for free. I came a wk b4 to ask about a coffee stain i had all over the back seat and was quoted $30. When I came today, i showed the stain & mentioned the quote. At 4:45, he came to tell me his guys leave at 5 but they would spot treat it no charge and come back tomorrow to finish. At 526 pm & they were still working on my car and apologized for the wait. I was the a**hole for coming so late! My car looks amazing and I can't thank them enough! I went there for the last few years and they did an excellent job but now, I paid almost $20 and there was still a spiderweb left on my dash when they got done. I also have to redo my interior windows since the stuff they use leaves streaks. I don't mind paying the money but if you are not going to do the job properly, why bother. Wow what a disappointment. I spent $28 for the extreme wash and I couldn't tell the difference from the cheap wash. When I asked the guy why he didn't do my trunk he said I didn't pick the ala carte menu and add the dollar to the price. I was really hopeful after seeing the exterior and interior of this building but the car wash was just down right bad. The wash offers a lot of stages and a lot of hands on employees at the end of the line but my car was just ilk. I recently moved to the area and, unlike SoCal, there aren't really a good deal of places to take my car for a hand wash (tires too large for auto tracks), without necessitating a full detail. Details are nice but we don't need that once a week. First stop at "The Wash" was exceptional. I parked to go inside to get information and was personally met by a supervisor who was eager to answer my questions. He immediately took my car to the detail center for a hand wash. Right after this the owner introduced himself and gave me a tour of his operation, and what services they offer. I really am stunned at the high quality of customer service. The facility is clean, the owner clearly is a "car guy", and this was the most positive customer experience I have had since arriving in Nee Jersey. I will recommend this to everyone. read more
