The first time, the machine took my money. When I spoke to the manager, he treated me as if I were trying to scam him. Today was worse. The wash wasn't spraying any soap or solution. I didn't feel comfortable getting out of my car while the machine was running, so I went to the office afterward. Unfortunately, it was the same manager, and his attitude was just as bad--dismissive and arrogant. He immediately said it "made no sense," didn't bother to check anything, and told me to use another bay, which also didn't work properly. There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no concern for the customer experience. Those who know me know I rarely complain about service, but this place--especially the manager or A WORKER (What an A** he is)--does not deserve your business. Please pass this along. Thank you.

I also told him I had purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having PPF and tint installed on that car as well. He asked me to call the shop the following week. I did exactly that. I called twice and left messages specifically for Isaac, but never received a return call. On my third call, I was again told that he was unavailable. When I asked why my previous messages had not been returned, I received no explanation and no indication that anyone cared to address the issue. What disappoints me most is not the lack of service on the PPF issue--it's the complete lack of communication. As a returning customer looking to spend more money with the business, I expected the courtesy of a simple phone call back. Instead, my messages were ignored. I genuinely want independent businesses to succeed, but customer service matters. In this case, the experience left me feeling that existing customers were not valued. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend Shine Pro.

Of course, that's exactly where I ended up with a small chip. It was so minor that multiple glass companies told me there was nothing they could do to repair it. Rather than wait for a bigger issue, I decided to protect the windshield with protective PPF. From the first conversation, the team at Shine Pro EHT was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the product, explain the installation process, and answer every question I had. When my schedule shifted due to the recent snowstorm, they were flexible and worked with me to reschedule without any hassle. The workmanship is excellent, and you can tell they use high-quality materials. They even offered to install PPF on the iDrive touch screen -- attention to detail like that really stands out. Pricing was fair, and as a nice bonus, they washed the car before I picked it up. Overall, just a great experience and a good feeling doing business with them. I went to Alan to get my windows on my auto cleaned. He tried very hard to get the hard water…read morespots off of my car windows. Bad water in Brigantine. He found the windows to be so bad that the water caused permanent etching. He still was able to improve them until I can get the windows replaced. Charged me less than he quoted because he wasn't able to get them completely clean. I will definitely be getting Alan to detail my car next year and also power wash our house.
