The friendliness of the staff fluctuates on a day to day basis, and the machines are usually broken. The interior is dingy at best, even for a laundry-mat. I've put up with the unsatisfactory conditions for so long because of how close it is to my home. Usually when the machines break down or quarters get stuck the staff will reluctantly give you a refund. However, today one of my quarters had gotten stuck in the dryer. After the owner started the dryer, both the owner and attendee insisted that I refund the owner for the additional quarter he had to insert to push my quarter through. I understand that they both suspected that I had not inserted the correct change, and I attempted to explain to them multiple times what had happened. The amount of the quarter itself is negligible. It's the attitude the owner and attendee have towards their customer that is unacceptable. Especially as they continued to gripe amongst themselves about the ordeal with me in earshot. As Someone who has managed businesses and worked in customer service for years. I would never have caused such an ill experience for a customer over a measly quarter. I don't understand how and why business owners in this town think that they can get away with treating their customers like garbage. This is far from the first time I've experienced terrible customer service in Paris. I'm more than willing to drive the extra mile and a half from now on to the laundry-mat down the road.

There are 9 washing machines and 3 of them are out of order. Each load is $1.75 which is reasonable for the size (small front load), then you see the problem when the machine starts -- it's spinning in slow motion... like seriously, i sat there and watched the entire 45 minutes of wash cycles, which by the way is supposed to be only 27 min, I wouldn't be complaining for a longer cycle if only it actually cleaned my clothes. The water slowly dripped down but never build up, there's no foam or bubble, it cycled very slowly the entire time except the final spinning, it did squeeze out most the water. After the long excruciating 45 mins, I pulled out my clothes and sure enough all the stain and soil are still there. I was seriously contemplating driving another 30 minutes to the laundromat in De Queen but I was out of time that day. The dryer does work well but they are pricey, a quarter only gets you 4 minutes!!! In most other places you get 6-7 minutes. Pretty sure I won't be coming back here. By the way the coin machine doesn't work.
