Before I arrived I loaded money on to the app. When I arrived I saw signs posted COINS ONLY No App. I immediately asked the clerk Brittany I see the signs if she could start the machine being that I loaded money on my account. Me: I understand but how am I supposed to get my money back Other Clerk: You can try calling support Brittany: Rudely said... I can't start the machine, you need coins. Me: OK. Thank you. Fantastic location, clean and well maintained facilities!! The attendant was friendly, said "Good Morning" and provided help without asking! She helped with an error code (ED...) and told me to jiggle the handle and it cleared. Great spot for traveling folks who need a place to wash. $4.00 for a small washer and $1.00 for 40 mins dryer - great value!! Have larger and xl washers too!! Its just a little more $ than the little small time laundromats but definitely worth the comfort and ideal setting. Machines are newer and offer to pay with your phone. Laundromat is clean and well ventilated. Im only visiting but definitely will be coming here anytime i need to. read more

The recent extreme cold temperatures caused a plumbing issue. I found myself without the use of the washing machine. My search for a laundromat with bundle service led me to Revolution Laundromat In Richardson Tx. This is a clean operation with state of the art machines! The staff is helpful and competent. Dry Cleaning, self service,and full service wash/dry/fold are available. The app for billing and notifications is easy to use. The bundle service was 50% less per pound than my primary cleaners. My same day order was on time and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Revolution Laundromat. Located near Central Expressway and Arapaho Rd . Location just sold to a large corporate owner. Used to be a great, locally owned business...look for higher prices and less service. Example: previously required app no longer used with no allowance for funds stored in app; must use coins now; auto doors not working; restroom out of order; no tv. Its just another laundry with no benefitts to recommend it. Will search for new provider. read more

I visited this laundromat early in the morning earlier this week. It is a clean, well maintained facility & has great staff. The manager and another young lady who was working were nice and just added to a positive experience. I also like the pay system because it allows you to monitor when your loads are done. Place is clean. The attendant is hard worker and keeps the place immaculate. Machines are efficient and comes in different load size. Big laundry carts, kids area and lounging areas for adults with TVs and , tables to get some work done while waiting. I always use this place when in town helping my student with his big laundry. read more

I had some larger items to wash and was looking for a laundromat around my parents home in Richardson. After a quick Yelp search I came across this one and I thought I'd give it a try. When I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the staff and asked if I needed help with anything. Since I don't frequent the laundromat at all, I showed her what I had to wash and she recommended a medium size washer for my needs which perfectly fit everything. She even showed me how to sign up and use the app to get $5 in credit for signing up so my wash/dry was essentially free. The facility is very clean with modern machines where you can check wash/dry times from the app and also pay through it too. It's crazy how far technology has gone considering I came here with some dollar bills ready to get some change, but turned out I didn't even need it. They also offer free wi-fi and a nice work/sit space while you wait for your stuff to wash. If I didn't have a washer/dryer at home, I could see myself frequenting this place as it makes it kindd of fun to wash stuff here. read more

Many thanks to the owner for responding and clarification! -------------------------- Very helpful for when you need a large item cleaned quickly like the comforter I took in that won't fit in my washer at home. It's a well lit place and there are many machines. Very clean place and I saw several employees constantly walking around cleaning up. The machines all look brand new. I was there at 830-945pm and felt completely safe. The only reason for 4 stars is I could find nothing on how to operate the machines. They show you can put in cash, but there is no opening on the machine for bills. I looked all over for a bill changer. Plus with prices today you'd be putting in tons of quarters, so paying by credit or app would be helpful. I could not find any way to pay by card. However they have instructions for the app so I did download that. That worked GREAT but it takes a while to set up and it's not user friendly at first. Took some trial and error but I figured it out. I was at the washing machine approximately 8-10 minutes dealing with the app. So definitely use the app but download it before you go and have your account and credit card info for it all set up ahead of time. The app itself is amazing, tells you which machines are open, sets the temperature, and even has a countdown on it to tell you how much time is left. I was therefore able to leave and come back when I saw I had a few minutes left. The app is titled "Huebsch" so search for that in App Store, set up account with all info, then head to this place. I've been to a couple of laundromats over the years, I'll say this one is by far the best one I've experienced! Super clean all throughout, all varying sizes of machines, restrooms, soaps and such you can buy there if needed, and Wi-Fi/seating areas to hangout/work while you wait. I just moved to this area and the staff member Danielle I've seen here the last few weeks is absolutely amazing! Genuinely seems to care about her job and try's to help you in needed in any way she can. She's constantly staying busy and keeping the place tidy, it was so refreshing to see. The app is superrrrrr handy and superrrrr easy to use if you have a smart phone I'd 100% recommend as it keeps track of the machines & notify a you when done. read more

The place is pretty clean. The dryers are fantastic. A big load of towels gets done in 30 minutes of high for about $1.25. Washers are industrial and range from $3.75 to $10 for a really big one. The staff are nice but they do expect you to be done by closing time which is fair. I do cashless with the app and use the bonus points for the dryer. read more

I got my laundry don't through the service it was a 24 hr wait after a certain time but I received a text the next saying my clothes were ready I paid around $40 for 10 pounds of clothes. My clothes were folded and neatly placed in bags. I use the app when I don't use the service and the app takes Apple Pay it also shows you how much time I' have left on the machine and which machines are available . This is one of the most future forward laundromats that I have been too 10/10. read more

When I discovered the door on dryer #44 wouldn't remain close, I approached an associate about the problem, I was told to place a laundry cart in front of the machine. I was comfortable with that as a quick fix, but the cart isn't the correct height keep the door closed and customers coming into the laundromat thought the cart was left for their use. I simply changed dryers afterward, added more money to my account to finish the job, but I'm disappointed. I didn't see either of the two associates move to place a sign on the broken machine to discourage further use. read more

I never knew how enjoyable doing my laundry could be until i found this awesome laundromat. Besides being a clean and organized place to do my family's laundry, it's the best getaway from my routine household chores and very active children. There are several big TV's, free WIFI, and even a place to charge my phone. The app let's me know when I need to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer so I can just relax and enjoy drinking free coffee. The people that work there are really nice too. My only issue is when my laundry is done, I never want to leave! read more

I discovered this place in July when I first moved here and commented on how clean nice and friendly the location WAS now they treat people from neighboring assisted living facilities like they are homeless bums for hanging out and are homophobic and this disrespectful treatment towards the elderly is nauseating. Nicest laundromat in Richardson! I've tried every one close to my apartment but this one is a little further away. But so worth the drive! The workers are so nice and the place is spotless. And I used quarters the first few times I went but the manager Diana (she's awesome by the way!) told me about using the app to pay with my credit card and start the machines! And when I add money to the app from my credit card I get additional free reward credits to use for more laundry. The credits work out to be better than free drying! No more quarters to lug around! The best part about the app is that it let's you know when your washing and drying is done so you don't have to sit in front of the machine starting at it. The free coffee is awesome, and they have a really big lounge area with big tables and comfy chairs away from the machines where I bring my laptop and work on their free wifi. And I can just watch the app to know when my clothes are ready. I'm a fan! I'd drive from Oklahoma to wash my clothes here! read more
