This is untrue. Again, zero accountability and little regard was given. I canceled my monthly Masters Plan due to the service. Please go elsewhere if you can or face the potential of an amoral company who takes no accountability for damages. I immediately noticed the damage to my vehicle. If you are faced with something like this follow, pursue justice and help put this company out of business. Its only a matter of time before this happens to you. #1 ____The first photo is a picture I took yesterday of my vehicle. A body shop glued my bumper down so that it would not cause further damage. #2 ____The second photo is from their video of what my vehicle looked like in attempt to somehow show damages that are not on my vehicle. #3______ The last photo is after my vehicle went through the wash. It was damaged, but this company only tried to provide me with photos that they thought will not hold them liable.

We had a scary experience at this car wash August 1st around 3:30pm . While our car was going…read morethrough the wash, the machine malfunctioned and restarted in the middle of the cycle. When it started back up, one of the bars hit our windshield and completely shattered it. We arrived with a perfectly fine windshield and left with hundreds of dollars in damage. My husband, our one year old , and I were all inside the vehicle when it happened. The incident was so loud it scared all of us, and glass flew onto my husband. We immediately tried to get someone to stop the car wash, which they did but didn't even give a good look at our car and the machine continued running. By the time we reached the drying area, it honestly felt like the windshield was going to cave in or come off. We were there for nearly two hours waiting for someone to help us. The manager on duty, her Reese, showed no concern for our safety or the damage. As well as assistant manager Bryan. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he became argumentative with my husband and told us they don't do damage reports. We were essentially told that the damage was "not their problem," even though it happened while our car was inside their equipment. While we were waiting, another customer also appeared to have damage to his truck from the car wash, and the manager showed the same lack of concern. The photos speak for themselves. We went in with a clean, undamaged windshield and left with it completely shattered. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service was unacceptable. I would never return here, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before using this car wash. Hopefully they don't delete my comment to try to cover up.

They claim they changed the monthly rate (without telling you) despite you being in a plan that even shows the amount of the initially agreed upon rate ON the receipt but will charge your card a higher value, even when their system shows you having the agreed membership rate. And their customer service is of no help. Its a shame too because its actually a decent car wash and friendly workers!
