After I told her I didn't want the membership, she quickly clicked through several prompts on the screen and tried to sign me up for the most expensive wash without mentioning it. I caught it in time and politely told her I didn't want the premium package. She rudely responded that if I wanted a "cheap" wash, the membership was the cheapest option. It's frustrating that getting a simple car wash has become such a hassle with pushy and rude upselling. After the wash, things didn't improve. We went to the vacuums and there wasn't a single clean towel at any station. Every clean towel dispenser was empty while the dirty towel bins were overflowing. Basic maintenance like keeping towels stocked seems to have been completely neglected. I remember when this location first opened -- it was clean, well-run, and the service was solid.
