I always receive great customer service at all locations except for Waxahachie. I avoid this location even though it's the closest to my house because of how stale and non-friendly the employees are should you need to ask any questions. We had a scary experience at this car wash August 1st around 3:30pm . While our car was going through the wash, the machine malfunctioned and restarted in the middle of the cycle. When it started back up, one of the bars hit our windshield and completely shattered it. We arrived with a perfectly fine windshield and left with hundreds of dollars in damage. My husband, our one year old , and I were all inside the vehicle when it happened. The incident was so loud it scared all of us, and glass flew onto my husband. We immediately tried to get someone to stop the car wash, which they did but didn't even give a good look at our car and the machine continued running. By the time we reached the drying area, it honestly felt like the windshield was going to cave in or come off. We were there for nearly two hours waiting for someone to help us. The manager on duty, her Reese, showed no concern for our safety or the damage. As well as assistant manager Bryan. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he became argumentative with my husband and told us they don't do damage reports. We were essentially told that the damage was "not their problem," even though it happened while our car was inside their equipment. While we were waiting, another customer also appeared to have damage to his truck from the car wash, and the manager showed the same lack of concern. The photos speak for themselves. We went in with a clean, undamaged windshield and left with it completely shattered. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service was unacceptable. Welcome to Wash Masters Waxahachie, where the motto might as well be: "We'll wash your car... and maybe break it too, but don't expect us to care unless it's under 2 years old." On September 5th, an employee manually stopped the wash, causing the equipment to slam into the top corner of my windshield and crack it. Both I and their own employee took photos of the actual damage. But instead of addressing that, management proudly showed me "before" photos of a tiny, unrelated crack at the bottom of my windshield -- as if that somehow explains away the massive new crack up top. Olympic-level mental gymnastics right there. Trying to follow up was even worse. Their phone system loops you into an endless "we understand your frustration" robot message, and their website has no corporate contacts or ownership information. So good luck escalating your complaint beyond a local management team that specializes in passing the buck. I've since canceled my membership, but judging by the flood of similar reviews, I'm not the first (or last) customer to go through this circus. If you want a quick rinse, fine -- but if you expect accountability when they damage your car, take your business elsewhere. read more

I stopped in yesterday to get my vehicle washed at Wash Masters Waxahachie and left very disappointed. This location has sadly undergone a drastic decline in both customer service and overall quality. The female staff member working the pay kiosk was unfriendly from the start. After I told her I didn't want the membership, she quickly clicked through several prompts on the screen and tried to sign me up for the most expensive wash without mentioning it. I caught it in time and politely told her I didn't want the premium package. She rudely responded that if I wanted a "cheap" wash, the membership was the cheapest option. It's frustrating that getting a simple car wash has become such a hassle with pushy and rude upselling. After the wash, things didn't improve. We went to the vacuums and there wasn't a single clean towel at any station. Every clean towel dispenser was empty while the dirty towel bins were overflowing. Basic maintenance like keeping towels stocked seems to have been completely neglected. I remember when this location first opened -- it was clean, well-run, and the service was solid. I arrived for a car wash and noticed a banner/sign offering $5 for the first month. I signed up. My account was debited for $5 by 12 noon. However, I received an alert about 10:30 pm that my account was an additional $34.99 by Washmasters. I called and emailed questioning the second debit. Two days later no response. I drive to the Waxahachie location to question the second charge. They advised me that I previously was a member and had canceled. I agreed and I advised them that the sign did not state previous members were ineligible for the special. I told them it was not on the sign and the cashiers did not advise me that I was ineligible. I spoke with two onsite managers and they advised me that the office caught that I was a previous members And that they were not responsible for the wording on the sign nor that the cashiers/register on site did not catch that fact. For the record - I do not keep a dirty car - so it does not take much to clean my car. However, most times when I get my car washed here I feel like I need to go through twice. It does not clean my car good. I like the vacuums and towels to dry the car but I am thinking about cancelling my subscription for the second time. I feel like I have given them time to adjust but it's the same thing. A new one is opening closer to my home - I may try them. The cost is also good but not worth the travel for me. While I have used Wash Masters Waxahachie since its opening, I had an unfortunate experience today. The machinery ripped off the antenna and base from the car panel. I was initially told Wash Masters has an expressed liability exclusion for antennas. Now I get it, if you lose the antennae but literally ripping the antennae from the car panel? Then told they are investigating the videos but refused me access. Then the General Manager was busy but would be in contact with me via email. Be cautious! I have been going here since they opened and I love it! I pay for a monthly service that includes the wheel and tire shine. However, it seems to be out of service about every 3rd time I go in the most recent 6 months. I report this to the "on-duty" associate each time. Each time, the employees are very respectful and kind but the problem doesn't seem to be resolved. First this place is brand new so I'm sure there are kinks to be worked out. Second time trying this place. The wash is not right. The first time I went through as the tire cleaner moved in my truck was pushed around on the conveyor belt. This time I didn't even make it through the wash. My truck was stuck. Also I don't drive some obscene truck it's a stock ram 1500. Not a single person came to check my truck apologize nothing. I had to honk and yell for help. Even then the young man just waved me out and again no one came to check. The other half to this the employees are at a rude level of pushing their subscription service. I took a 2022 7000 mile Duramax Denali in today at about 10:30 am 5-17-2023 I paid for the Ultimate Wash and got the Ultimate F ! $4800 plus in damage I was told by the manager that they had to figure out if it was my trucks fault or the machine. Do yourself a favor stay as far away from this crooked corrupt car wash as you can. Horrible managers whom want to blame the consumer and vehicle. A couple months ago, I signed up for a monthly membership with the Waxahachie location. Last week, the carwash knocked off part of my passenger-side mirror. I came back the next morning after I realized the damage and the assistant manager was only able to recover part of the mirror (thankfully we recovered the more expensive part of the mirror, as the dealership quoted me over $1k if that had not been recovered). When the GM finally called me a couple days later, he left a voicemail stating the wash is not responsible. I called back promptly (within the hour) and requested he call back to discuss. Several days later I still have not been contacted. I drive a 2022 Subaru with no prior damage. How a car wash is not responsible for ripping part of a mirror off on a fairly new vehicle is wild to me. I will be cancelling my membership and telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Thankfully the dealership said the plastic piece the carwash did not recover is only $40, so I feel like I dodged a bullet, but I will never return and risk more significant damage that this business will refuse to remedy. read more

THIS CARWASH DAMAGE MY CAR ! They broke my tail light and they refuse to pay the damages. Their policy "they don't cover vehicles older than 5 years" which for me that is insane. I spoke to Nathan the "manager" who is very rude and made up excuses that my car was already damage when clearly on their video you can see how their machine broke off my tail light.
