miss Lily does all of my laundry. I would not take my laundry anywhere's else In Pensacola, For anyone else to do it. she does an outstanding job, and her pricing is on par for the surrounding area. She is completely honest, and so trustworthy, which is very rare today, and so refreshing when you come across somebody that fits this... To everybody that reads my comment, if you have never taken your laundry here, to wash it yourself???? Or, to drop it off and have her do it???? no need to keep thinking . Just do it. Miss Lilly, the owner, made my entire day! The laundromat is clean, warm and friendly. I got all of my laundry done and some meaningingful conversation and true connection. I wish all laundromats were like The Clothes Bin! I went to another one in Tallahassee and it was awful in comparison. :( If I lived in Pensacola, this would be my main laundromat! Owner was so rude. My friend and I had loaded up several washers with our clothes, which had been separated accordingly, realized that we needed another laundry detergent, told the attendant we would be right back. She said that was fine. We were gone a maximum of 15 minutes, went to the cvs down the street. When we return, all of our clothes had been removed from the washers and had been mixed all together. We went to the attendant and demanded to know why our personal items had been touched and removed, she said it was policy since someone else needed a washer (which NONE of the ones that our clothes were in were being used!!) And when we asked to speak to the owner/manager, she was extremely rude and degrading towards both my friend and myself. I was extremely disappointed in the way she handled things. If it hadn't been such a hassle to pack up all of our things and go somewhere else, we would have not used their facilities. I will NEVER give them any more of my business. I could not believe how we were treated. And not to mention, leaving our undergarments in plain view for anyone to see who walked inside. So publically humiliating us and being instantly rude and unprofessional? No thanks. read more

Great, clean facilities for laundry. You won't find nicer staff in Pensacola. I highly recommend this place if you're needing to do laundry.

Just moving into a new place and don't have a washer/dryer. I went online and this place came up with high remarks. Clean, friendly with good wifi. It was exactly what I was looking for. I have been doing laundry here since 2005. I was nervous to see a new ownership sign out front but the new owners are delivering on a promise to keep the same quality of service while only increasing the price minimally. If you are looking for a clean efficient laundry that is worth driving across town for, the Clothesbin is for you! Ps- they also do your laundry for you for a small fee. Be sure and look for the red quarters when you get change to receive a free wash or dry load. I have them 4 out of 5 stars because I still would love to see credit card acceptors on the machines one day! Otherwise PERFECT! read more

This place is a fantastic, family owned business. They have amazing WiFi for free and everything from laundry detergent to use of machines is inexpensive and well priced. I usually come in on the weekends and do about 5 loads of laundry, and it is only $22 and that includes buying 5 boxes of detergent. The staff is very friendly and eager to help and they keep the business clean. No complaints whatsoever. read more
