Beautiful venue. Affordable. The most helpful staff. A large indoor space with the feel of still being outdoors!

This venue is stunning! I wish I took more pictures but I loved the gazebo where they hold outdoor ceremonies, the indoor venue that had a rustic bar house feel, the wide lawn space for yard games, and the walking path around the water. It was covered in flowers and it was just really relaxing. You can sit in front of the water and relax. They're bathrooms were stocked with toiletries for guests. That's a nice touch in case you left anything at home. My friend held her wedding here and I would consider this for my own. Definitely worth the tour and check it out! read more

My husband and I are OVER THE MOON that we chose The Water Oasis as out venue for the most special day! We have received do many compliments about the venue. Our guests and family were so impressed with the venue and how gorgeous it was! I would choose The Water Oasis over and over again if I had to. The staff were so wonderful. They do what is needed and are there promptly when needed. Otherwise they stay out of the way while you enjoy your special day. The venue provides so many different landscapes and sceneries for the best experience. It is well maintained and absolutely gorgeous in every way. We even had our wedding in a tine of year where not all of the flowers have bloomed and it is still phenomenal. There is so much to enjoy whether you want to be under the fantastic heaters in the covered pavilion or you want to be on the sand by the water to enjoy the fountain. There is so much opportunity for gorgeous pictures in different areas of the venue. Just take your pick whether you want trees, flowers, water, mountains, sunset, sunrise, the fireplace, and much more, for beautiful back drops to capture memorable photos! There was a place with seating, mirrors, and a bathroom for women to get ready, as well as a place for the males. It is all furnished so nicely and is even great for the getting ready photos! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone and encourage those who are looking for a venue, to consider taking a walk around The Water Oasis!! I wouldn't change a thing about the venue. The Water Oasis was a wonderful venue for our vow renewals! The grounds themselves are so picturesque and offer a variety of backdrops for different parts of your event all at one location. Additionally, all of their amenities including the bridal suites, guest bathrooms, kitchen for catering and ample parking for vendors were available for your convenience. They were flexible with COVID complications and the rescheduling of the event itself along with our rehearsal dinner and on the day of, made sure everything was set up as discussed and that the evening ran smoothly. Very beautiful venue. During our walk through we immediately knew this was where we wanted to be married. It is well kept, has on site dressing rooms, guest bathrooms, a tent, etc. even has a kitchen for catering. And before I go on I would like to say that Rhiannon did a wonderful job addressing my questions and concerns and working with me when needed. The less than perfect review reflects upon the manager Valerie. I tried to be quite patient with her through the process, knowing she had a lot to juggle, but during our walk through and on my wedding day she absolutely added stress and my friends and family commented on her attitude multiple times to me. Sadly on my wedding day it rained which cut the venue in half and instead of trying to make my day easier, Valerie gave me attitude always making me feel I was inconveniencing her. Although It was probably unintentional, it was noticeable by others around me and they commented multiple times to me. Even As my best friend/maid of honor was sending me off, Valerie was trying to pull her away to start cleaning (even though there was 1.5 hours to clean the tent and salon...) it's just common sense to wait 5 minutes for the send off. This is OUR day. I would suggest to any bride that they hire a day of coordinator or planner that deals with the venue to save you the headache. I was told I would be contacted about the issues on my wedding day by the owner which never happened. read more

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Rhiannon and Deni. My husband and I live in LA so we designated a July 4th weekend last year to check out 9 venues in the Portland area. The Water Oasis was the first stop & we already knew it couldn't get better than this. I worked with Rhiannon the most. She was so so sweet and accommodating throughout the whole process. She helped me find examples of all different parts of the ceremony and reception as to what I was looking for. Even on the day of, it was during a huge heat wave of 100 degrees and her and her husband bought fans for the venue to ease the heat. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous. I can't stop raving about the 2 acres of paradise you get here. We had all of our guests rave on and on about how beautiful it was and how in the world did we find it? I am huge on photo ops and considering we were having a destination wedding in lush, green Oregon, I wanted to make sure I captured the essence really well. The Water Oasis did that and more. They have a lake, gazebo, bamboo, trees, a field, a tent, a forest, a waterfall... I mean.. just exquisite with the most wonderful staff. I would love to have scheduled our wedding for Water Oasis. It is a stunning setting; the grounds are beautifully maintained, and it has all the infrastructure needed for a successful event. Except communication. They don't respond to phone calls or emails, and when we did finally get an acknowledgement for an appointment, they did not show up when we got there at the appointed time. There is no way I would trust them as a place to stage an event. Even though we wrote them afterwards and asked what happened- no response. Hiccups for anyone thinking about having a wedding here. Your guest will enter in two different entrances. Huge problem from separating guests from the wedding party. Other big problem I heard from so many guests was the restroom accommodations. read more

I got married here last weekend and I just can't say enough good things. Rhiannon and her team are amazing. Every time I asked for something, the answer was always "yes!" They were beyond accommodating and it's clear that they want every event to be perfect for the couple having it. The property has so much to offer: multiple distinct locations for different parts of the party and amazing photos, beautiful bride and groom suites, a lovely tent with pretty chandeliers and wrapped poles and optional walls in case of rain, and lots of gorgeous additional pieces you can rent. The tables and chairs are all included in the rental price, as well as their set-up and tear-down. I had some unusual ideas for chair placement and the team followed my vision perfectly. They have put so much thought into making this venue perfect for weddings and parties. There are electrical outlets all over, bistro lights, and beautiful twinkle lights on the trees. Our guests raved about how beautiful the property was. You get SO much for the price, and it was wonderful to work with Rhiannon and the team. We felt like we could put complete trust in them and know that everything related to the venue would go off without a hitch, and we were right! Planning a wedding is stressful but once we booked The Water Oasis, that part was completely hassle-free. read more

We got married here a couple weeks ago and couldn't have picked a better venue! The Water Oasis has so much to offer with it's different locations on the property that you can use for the ceremony. The meadow is where we chose to have ours and it was perfect! We received so many complements on the venue and how gorgeous it is at our wedding and we still do! My best friend just got married here and it was beautiful, rain and all. My less than five star review is directly related to the event manager, Valerie. I work in the service industry, I understand it better than most. To Valerie: be kind to your customers. Understand that these are special events and they deserve to be treated with respect and excitement. What we got from you was a lot of 'hustle and get 'em out' mentality. I encourage you to not ask family and friends to get to cleaning before we even send our bride and groom out of the venue. I encourage you to be available and willing to answer questions without eye-rolling and scoffing. We had a marvelous time despite your undesirable attitude, but being a part of this industry made your behavior near inexcusable. To anyone looking to book an event at this venue: it is absolutely beautiful! BUT, make sure you set your standards and expectations before entering into a contract. I am unsure as to whether our experience was solitaire or if it's happened before, but your event is YOUR EVENT and do not let anyone get in the way of that. read more
