I am very disappointed with this business. An employee here used my personal information to track down my Facebook profile and message me. It is even more disappointing that management completely ignored me when I reported it. They did absolutely nothing to fix this major safety violation. The kids here do a great job pre-washing my car . ( I'm 72 years old so most everyone is a kid to me). I have a black H2 Hummer and I'm happy that it fits fine thru the wash . Black being a hard color to keep clean , I'm happy with the wash . This is a " 2 minute car wash" not a $ 150.00 auto detail . I would have given this a no star but thats not an opinion. i am very sad to report that this car wash is horrible. Our family was on the way home from the coast. figured we should stop by a car wash and get the sand washed off as we had been driving on the beach. After going through the wave car wash we went to the next rest stop about 3 miles away and looked at the car and the rims tired and undercarriage had sand all over. there was also soap stuck on the car. it looked really grimy. my car is only 2 years old.when i got home i hosed it off and it looks as good as new. since it already had the soap on it. i tried yo call the company but they didn't answer or call back after in left a message. did i forget to say i got the most expensive wash they offered. i want my money back! Went through on Saturday and the whole hood of my truck, the back window, and the tailgate was still dirty. I went back around and pointed out that it was still dirty and they had me go back through, unfortunately, the same spots were still dirty. I paid for the tsunami wash + $4 for wax (which I did not receive) so in total, I plaid $20. I could have done a better job if I sprayed my car with a hose at home. 10 minutes after the wash, all the dirt was still visible. I'll give this place 1 extra star because the staff was nice. Not worth the money. The wash never sufficiently cleans the back of the vehicle and wheels. My teenage son can do a better job and I would rather pay him. Also, when their machines break something on your car and you make a claim they blow you off and ignore the problem despite they say someone will get right back with you. Multiple attempts and still no contact. read more

I would go there more often but it is hit and miss. They are supposed to open at 8:00. They usually don't. Today I pulled in about 9:08 and there were two cars ahead of me and they weren't open! While we were all turning around 3 more cars turned in and had to turn around. That is no way to run a business. I called a few minutes later and no one answered. I reeeeeeally wanted to like this place! I'm not the type of person who usually spends $15 on a car wash, but we're going to an event this weekend and I really wanted the car to look good. First, the website says Tuesday is ladies day and I should have gotten $3 off a Tsunami wash. I didn't. Second, when you buy a works package you expect your vehicle to be clean afterwards. Mine was not. It's like the back barely got wet at all! And what did get wet barely got dry! Tried to buy a chamois or something to wipe it down to prevent spotting, but having a working machine is apparently too much to ask. The least you can do is offer free vacuums to patrions, but no. Those are another $1. SMH Makes me really miss California Speedwash! read more

Have never had a bad experience here. I guess the only advise that I can give to the folks who complain about the car coming out dirty would be this: there is a GIANT mirror on both sides of the vehicle at the exit. If your car is dirty, drive back around and bring it to the attention of the attendant(s). I went through one time about two years ago and the inner part of my rims came out dirty... I drove back around and showed the guys and they brought the brushes out and brushed & washed the rims and sent me back through for another wash. I could have driven off and been mad about it, but a clean car was more important to me than griping. read more

I have been going here once a month for about 5 years, being a disabled Veteran I can't afford to come in more often. Never had any problem until this month. I go in, the machine ripped my satalite antenna off and beat the side of my car with it. I was told they were using a new material on their cloth wash inside. Foam, well that foam sure grabbed a hold of my antenna. Almost $1300 to fix it and they won't pay for it. Why? There excuse is, ""if it wasn't there it would not have happened"" oh really? Why didn't it happen the other 60+ times I've been through here. Don't waste your money here, take your car somewhere they have the balls to stand up and pay for the damage they cause. Staff was very courteous while they were washing cars on this 34° day. I drive an F150 super crew with 7 foot long bed so most car washes don't really do a great job. This wash but slightly less than average. Missed spots on all four sides of the truck. My advice to the owner is your pre-wash order of operation is incorrect. We just went through The Wave and the green brush on the right side isn't working. So u get the soap sprayed on and no wash. Then minimal water and a blow dry. So your right side is blown dry soap. We talked to the guy and he said "it's been broke down for a while and they can't do anything till mid July." We paid 10.00 (2.00 tip) for a complete wash. He said said "sorry." NO COMP for a free wash etc. I used to go there all the time. No more. One customer down!! I can squirt soap on my car myself. read more

I'm a fan of all the Wave car washes they have 4 locations and i visit all of them when im in the area.

I was really impressed by the customer service of the fine young gentlemen that work here. I have noticed that they do a decent job regularly, but when given an additional tip, (say $5) they will take twice as long just to make sure everything is clean. Would recommend tipping, but this place is awesome!!! read more

I drove up and said I want the wash that will get these nasty wheels clean, so he said that would be the Tsunami ($15). So we proceeded with the Tsunami and were the wheels clean? Absolutely not! They looked like they barely got touched. If someone tells you the wheels will be clean don't you think they'd spray something on them that loosens the dirt or would just say no, they probably won't get clean? Just be honest for crap's sake. Not only were the wheels still dirty, the entire bottom side of the rear bumper didn't even get touched and the front end and grille looked like a 3 year old tried to wash them. Shees. I have been a regular at the Wave for the past few months. I take my Tesla through at least once a week. This last time I entered their lot I gave them a small tip (two or three dollars I believe), and they seemed to have scrubbed every inch of my car!
