This review for the oil change side of the house. I have not used the car wash side, but I have nothing poor to say about the service and quality of the oil change work. I have a Ram 1500 and the previous place I took it to for oil changes just got to be too expensive, time consuming, and I got the feeling they were trying to add on extras to the change. Well ... not here! The guys working this service are friendly, fast, and fair. I've taken my truck there three times now and see no reason not to continue. They have realistic recommendations for service and stick to the oil service that you're wanting. They complete the service fast as well - usually around 10 minutes. Their prices are also very competitive and reasonable. I will certainly continue bringing the truck there and giving them my business. read more

After working nights in Tacoma I came down and vacuumed my car out and figured that while I'm at it I might as well get a car wash. I got just the silver which is the bottom tier so I didn't expect for dirt to get out of every crivice but I figured it would be adequate. I go home and get ready for my next shift and notice a whole bunch of mud on my lower passenger door. In my opinion this is just flat out being lazy on their part because once I got to the end of the wash an employee came out and dried my windows. THERE IS NO WAY HE DIDNT SEE ALL THAT MUD. There are no words to express my shock over the rude treatment and dismissive attitude received at this establishment. When I asked the name of the manager the rude man told me he is the manager and owner so leave or he would have the police remove me. I have 16 managers working under me at this time and spend quite a bit of my time defusing situations. I would fire, in a heartbeat, any manager that treated any one like this. read more

Needed a car wash and Lube before school, stopped in and found some of the best service and care around. They went the extra mile with my wash, hand dried, and even hand applied this stuff for my tires that made the whole car look and feel new. can't say enough about the old fashoned service with new tech equipment...thanks guys. read more

I paid for a $26 dollar full service wash. I have been here many times. Today the manager had a bad day his girlfriend is experiencing health issues and he is upset that his employees are not showing up. He refused to run my car through the wash again because the wax was dried on, because no one wiped it down. When I showed him the spot he tried wiping it with a dry towel. I put some spit and wiped it with my finger too show him that it was wax. At this point he became beligerent, and I told him I would pay the $7 dollars for him to run it through again. He told me he would do neither and called the police on me and they arrived and told me this isnt the first time this guy has done this and that the owner is aware. Well everyone in the lewis county area should be aware that if you patron this buisness you are contributing to the Meth problem in this community please dont condone Drug use. read more

Had these guys do my oil change and unfortunately they didn't get it right and my oil plug fell out after driving for a period of time. After spending $4,300 to replace my engine, which was completely ruined from the plug falling out, they were nice enough to tell me to f*** off, not their problem. Well that the staff were amazing but for a full service and express lube it seemed they had alot going on and not enough staff I paid 20 dollars for a full service on a Thursday morning they did the inside and outside of the car it's been almost an hour and they still had to do the inside of the car . Also after the wash there were still bugs on the front of the car and on the mirrors ,which in their defence my car was pretty bad and didn't have the time to have them fix it so make sure you have enough time never know when a rush is going to come in all in all the staff really tried hard to get me completed as fast as they could if I would have hard more time I'd prob tell them about the bugs still on the car all in all it was a good service and I would come back it's a nice place just under staffed read more

I went to this car wash because the Wave had a line to the street. Upon entering the brushes they used were filthy beyond belief and the track system would barely push my truck through the wash.... Throughout the process it seemed a little rougher than it should be, at the end of the wash the employee told me to put it in drive to complete the process because it wouldn't guide me to the finish. I left the wash and immediately had a flat tire and upon further inspection numerous scratches. I drive a 2015 stock F150.... I returned to the car wash to only have the "manager" try to handle the situation without the owners involvement and once the owners were made aware they denied the situation and didn't make any efforts to come to any agreement. Needless to say it's sad that local business owners from the Lacey Area... The person who gave this a 5 star review above (Dan W) can't even take the time to service a customer. I'll never be back and I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows that this carwash takes no ownership in it's day to day operations. Beware!!! read more

So...I used to go to Soft Touch and Express Lube quite a bit, went in the day after Thanksgiving 2014 to have the full wash and interior of my less than a year old SUV. While cleaning the inside the female employee whacked the drivers door into their tool cart. When she looked at the dings, she said "Oops, where those there before?" I said no, she looked sheepish and went to get another employee, he apologized, took my information and a photo of the damage and said that the owner would "take care of it". It is now July 2015, I have stopped in many times, spoken with different employees, found out that the one who said "the owner will take care of it" is the manager and part owner! No one has called me, or taken care of it. I do have a friend who does auto body work he said it will be several hundred dollars to get it fixed. Even though I think most of the time they do great work, I am very disappointed by this lack of follow through and that every time I look at my drivers door, I am reminded of their poor concern for their customers cars. read more

This used to be a good place to get your car washed - However, things have changed. They no longer dry the car, mud was left on my car AND they broke the rear view mirror on the drivers side of my car. They will do nothing about this - but it will cost me $335 to get a new mirror!!! I would highly recommend that everyone avoid this place - I am telling every one I know to not go there! read more
