I hate that I have to write this review. I bought a vehicle from this company and I trusted this…read morecompany. My daughter got ripped off by this company do not shop with them, I never will again. My daughter took her van to them to fix her AC. It is a 2016 Dodge Caravan. we were told it needed a possible re-charge. They called my daughter and I and said about 460 to fix it. My daughter handed me the phone and said mom it's almost 500. I asked the total he said I'll add tax and told me $499 and I said okay. I knew my daughter couldn't afford that but I also knew I couldn't have two grandkids riding around in a vehicle with no AC so I figured $500 will fix it. We went in to get the van and they now say $4,895. the trade-in value is $4,800. We would have never agreed to this price. They suggest we trade it in and they would you give us an awesome deal on a different vehicle. My daughter has two kids and only her husband works and she is trying to raise her children as a stay at home Mom which is hard enough in this economy. No normal person would agreed to this amount when the vehicle they have is valued at less than $5,000. We even said we don't want it thats not the price they quoted us take the parts off and they said if they took the parts off, the labor would cost us just as much so the only option we had was to borrow money to get this van out. So we borrowed money that we really can't afford to pay back. The company did call and knock off $1200 and said they could understand how the amount could be misunderstood But that's all they would do. I asked for the owner to call me and no one called. I then asked for a copy of the recording because I knew the amount that he had told me and he said they only record calls when a customer calls them. My husband and my son tried to get to the bottom of this and they called my son in laws and told me that no one could talk to them on this except for my daughter and her husband. Please look up trying to fix an AC for a 2016 Dodge Caravan and the price of $4800. They said that is extremely high and see no reason why it should've cost that much all they did was fix two lines that each had 1 hole. After reading reviews, I see why people have called them Dodge stealership. I guess I should've read reviews before I trusted them. I also wanted to add my husband talked to three mechanics. They said there is no way it should've cost this much, I also have a nephew who bought several vehicles from them with his business and said he will no longer buy from them. That we are being ripped off and It is a horrible exaggerated price. I just feel really bad they took advantage of two women thinking we were gonna misunderstand the numbers. I know what amount he quoted me and even repeated it back to my daughter while he was on the phone with me.

Shady finance and closing practices! The Dealer contacted…read moreme to purchase a newer vehicle I advertised for sale. We negotiated that sale over the phone without issue as they were going to just pay off the lease. While dropping off that vehicle at the dealership, I found a 2025 pickup on the lot that I was interested in. In negotiation I was going to trade in my 2017 pickup. They offer came to me showing monthly payments. Digging through the math to find out how they got to the payments, I found the trade-in value was $21,500. I turned down the offer to purchase as the trade in was too low. They came back increasing the trade-in to $23,3xx and showing that # on the offer paperwork with the payment options. I agreed and proceeded with the deal. After some time waiting, we completed the pile of paperwork for signing and left. At home I noticed in the final contract they had changed the trade-in back to the $21,500 trade-in value. I inquired with the sales and finance staff about the discrepancy. The Finance person never got back to me on this issue. The salesperson argued that "the $23,3xx was actually the $21,500 plus the tax savings I was getting by trading in the vehicle, which comes to the $23,3xx". I argued that they had told me in word and then showed me on the negotiation paperwork that they were giving me the $23,3xx trade-in! Sales guy repeated his argument above and tried to muddy the water more by adding other arguments. Salesperson never escalated to finance or management to address this issue. I should have spent more time reviewing the paperwork! I thought they were a reputable dealership and could be trusted. I wouldn't do business with them again!

We saved several thousands buying from their closest competitor. The dealership also continues to send automated text messages asking how our experience was. If you want to buy local and don't mind paying more $$ - I would recommend this dealership.
