I was given very poor directions, so I drove around in a small area for about 20 minutes. I am very familiar with the area, so that was not the issue. I tried several times to call the salon and no one answered. When I finally did get someone for better directions, it was not located where gps was taking me at all. As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed several storage containers. It appeared as if someone was moving in or out. The area was not attractive at all. I didn't feel good about spending my time or money at this salon. It is supposed to be an Aveda Salon. I really felt like Aveda salons were much nicer than this one appeared to be.
