I wish there were 0 star to choose. Very shady business practices. I planned a wedding and ordered an aisle runner months before the event. I tried to contact them, same results as the other reviewers! Will not respond to texts, only to take your money, that was speedy! Will not respond, after some checking, found the phone number, full mailbox, big surprise:( I ordered probably 50 things from etsy, this was the only black eye! All others exceeded my expectations! When I texted and said if it was not mailed yet, cancel, they got right on it. I received the runner 3 days after the wedding:( I texted her on this matter, also unanswered, this product is useless to me now, 30.00 to mail it back & I'm sure I will never see a refund!! I purchased an aisle runner on January 1, 2014. It was supposed to ship on March 12 for my daughters upcoming wedding. It is now April 14th, and I still not have received it. She will not respond to e-mails from me. I have sent multiple. I have tried to call. No answer, and her voice mailbox is full, so you can't leave a message. I have logged complaints with Etsy and have a claim in with American Express. She took me for a little over $200. This is my first yelp review... Ordered a runner Feb 2 for a May 31, 2014 wedding and it still has not arrived. (It is May 29th!!) Any attempts at contacting them have been thwarted by their poor customer service. When emailing them, they do not respond or give updates. When calling them, it directs me to leave a message, but the mailbox is full so I cannot do that. I also emailed on Etsy (where I ordered it) and no response has been made. I believe I can safely assume that our aisle runner will not arrive by this Saturday, and I am very unreleased with the amount of stress this "company" has caused us. I recommend anyone considering doing business with Wedding-Hub.com to reconsider. If they would simply tell me they had trouble, I would understand and be happy to take my money back, but it is as if they are trying to take my money and run without giving the product by the specified date. Buyer beware. The seller will not respond to your emails once you make a purchase. I purchased an item from the wedding hub on etsy. I was told it would be two weeks. It has now been over a month. I have sent to unanswered emails and tried to phone them but they do not snswer phones either. They are now posting my ship date the end of march, which is about 9 weeks after my purchase, yes 9 weeks! It is crazy. When i posted on their facebook page asking information they quickly removed my post and now i am unable to post there. I am sure they will try to remove this review or post a bogus response. But please becareful dealing with this company. I only am out $30, i cant imagine dealing with this type of service if i was planning a wedding! You dont need this type of added stress. It is too bad they had some nice products, but really lack in customer service and to be honest there are so many other companies who do the same thing.
