The packaging looked exactly the same on the outside, but I was immediately drawn to the foil on the inside which was a completely different colour. I didn't think anything of it until I pulled the cover off the first pod, and the entire top of the pod came off as my JUUL started flashing yellow and wouldn't accept them. Fooled. This happened to the second pod, and when I finally managed to get one to work the flavour profile was completely different of the 3rd and 4th. All I smoke is Virginia Tobacco and these tasted like some sort of cake. Incredibly disappointed with this store. I wasn't given a receipt so I couldn't return them. Waste of your money, don't shop here.

I chose the Cigar Store because it was close and I read in another review that the proprietor, Muhammad, was helpful and kind. I'm a novice cigar smoker so I needed some assistance for sure. Muhammad turned out to be as advertised and I walked out with 3 Cohibas and 3 Romeo & Juliettas. I also sprung for a travel humidor. Besides Cubans there seemed to be a wide variety from which to choose. Once Toronto warms up and smoking "season" resumes I'm sure the variety will widen further. Also, this store is downtown but free street parking is available and conveniently located across the street.

I think their focus is mainly selling singles and cigarettes and other knick knacks. The sales person had no idea about cigars and just opened up the cabinet for me to have a look. Pricing is OK. A word of caution though their main humidor's was quite dry with humidity gauge showing its well below the recommend relative humidity level i.e. a dry cigar probably. The smaller humidors showed the right level of humidity. Not much of a variety here just your mainstream Cuban cigars and with a very limited range.

On a Sunday evening they stated that the coils had already been shipped. Eventually they admitted that it had not been shipped but only picked. They were not willing to take the time to pull my order from the top of pile and make the exchange. This they stated "would take hours" and invited me to come do it myself. They have their basics covered with a couple selections from Cuba, Dominican, and Nicaraguan. The accesories are the regular items you would find in a cigar shop; lighters, cutters, butane ect. The humidor is a decent size and accomodates a nice variety of cigars in all sizes. The prices are about the same as you would pay anywhere else. The staff treated me with a smile and took care in wraping my cigars. Over all a nice little shop.
