I had the absolute pleasure of getting a lymphatic massage with LENORE! What a delightful person she was! I felt so much lighter and happier after a good deep and much needed nap after my massage. I have been going here for years! Love every staff that I have worked with. The acupuncture studio with Ronnie is downstairs as well as the chiropractic physician, bathrooms and other treatment rooms. Most massages are upstairs but they can accommodate those who cannot do stairs. I have had so many different types of massages here and enjoy the vast background of the therapists so I change staff often. My husband and I have memberships so our massages are a bit cheaper. I love using my HSA card to pay for my massages and acupuncture All of the therapist are very talented, and there's always someone that will meet your needs. This was the second massage I've ever gotten, the first was from a high end spa in Maui. The service was very similar and at a fraction of the cost. Upon entering, you are greeted at the front desk and then head upstairs to the waiting room. It is peaceful and they have a tea station for you to utilize while you wait for your appointment. The massage room was clean, well decorated, and had relaxing music playing the whole time. My husband and I did the couples massage and we both had the best time. I get back spasms and the massage was so good that the spasms completely stopped by the end. Alyssa did an AMAZING job and used a lot of hot stones, which I really liked. We are going to try to receive massages regularly because we see the benefits. We will be sure to come back to this spa for our next massage! read more

To my great dismay, I encountered a most unfortunate situation on Feb. 15 when I went for a massage at The Wellness Hub with their therapist Bradley Goldring. He did a good job, I expressed my appreciation and left happy. He gave me no indication whatsoever of having an issue with me. A few days later, I received a call from his boss Ronnie, the owner of the salon, to inform me that Bradley had found my behavior "inappropriate" and that I was not to return to his salon. He refused utterly to provide me with an explanation, with any details at all, and that even though I had been a client of his for over 10 years. I am mystified and upset but would advise anyone who considers booking a massage at this otherwise lovely place ask in advance what they consider "inappropriate behavior" before you find out after the fact and are requested not to return. In addition, all online information about their therapists and services and ability to book an appointment has been blacked out on my account. read more

So the first time I came here it was fine. Ok. 2nd time I came, I had an appointment and showed up 15min early. I went to the door and there was a sign that says doors are closed but will reopen right before next appointment... I waited and 5min before my appointment it still was closed. I called the number and it kept going to voicemail. I knocked and no answer. Come 5min passed my appointment, 2 people come downstairs irritated with me knocking and calling. I'm like I have an appointment and it's passed. They didn't believe me. Had to bring up my phone and show. Then they were like oh ok. No biggie.... I had booked 90min and they only did a 60min and not the full 60min because they started late. They didn't credit me anything nothing. Will not return and will not recommend to anyone read more

I have a membership at the Wellness Hub and love using my monthly benefit for a 1 hour facial or massage! Today was no exception, as I got a wonderful neuromuscular massage from Abigail. They have several massage therapists and estheticians and they are all equally good. You can't go wrong picking any of them! Acupuncture is offered either privately or community style and the community acupuncture is done on a sliding scale so it's very very affordable! The front office staff are very friendly and helpful.
