They did a beautiful job on the decorations, organizing everything, getting our guests checked in, offering beverages, etc . They were so kind and gracious with me when I showed up in panic-mode because I was late. This is the best place to have a party because it can accommodate kiddos of various ages. Rather than honor the signed contract and paid deposit I had with Stellar Event Rentals, Pacific Party Canopies wanted to raise the price on me. I am truly shocked that they would acquire a book of business and not honor a pre-existing agreement with a customer. I am really disappointed by this customer service.
