Nicely curated collection of accessories, clothes and Pandora jewelry within a cute old house in the heart of the commercial district. The store is definitely cute and well laid out, and most of the items are very cute, if a bit high priced for their quality/uniqueness.. They do have a very nice assortment of Pandora jewels, so that's quite nice if Pandora is your thing.. I liked some of the clothing but they didn't have a lot of smaller sizes available, so that's a bit of a bummer. They do tend to tour their 'designer' handbag line but I find it very underwhelming.. I think you're better off picking up a serious designer bag finding a lower priced nice bag at Coach, Kate Spade or Michael Kors on sale the outlets in Birch Run.. sorry, those bags at White House do not impress me one bit.. As far as customer service goes, it's hit or miss..we were greeted this time when we walked in browsing, but the employee didn't even look up.. no one else was helpful and the lady behind the Pandora seemed pretty distracted.. we left without picking up anything this time.. I have purchased Pandora here before m, but this time was a bit of a letdown.. I'm sure we'll be back when we come back to Frankenmuth. read more

The selection of jewelry, accessories and clothing in this little boutique is lovely. Prices are a bit high but it's a small tourist shop. The pandora selection is very nice but there are several other brands (A.Littles, for example) that are just as nice. I've been here many times and bought quite a few things. However, the customer service can be iffy. Sometimes the saleswomen are helpful and quite nice, other times they barely look up when you walk in. They could at least greet you and ask if they can help you find something. You would think the owner of this type of shop would insist on professional-acting sales people. It sure doesn't inspire one to buy anything when a sales person won't even look at you or come out from behind the counter to help you. I've had them act put out if I ask them to come over and take something out of a case to look at. That being said, I was there with my granddaughter and my sister about a month ago and our salesperson was quite helpful. We bought a gorgeous necklace there. It's worth going there, but the experience can be hit or miss. read more

I called to inquire about a particular Pandora bead this morning. The lady was so nice and attentive in spite of being very busy. This location is in Frankenmuth and it's a busy tourist town. When we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with a smiling face. Victoria was fabulous. She located the bead my daughter wanted to spend some of her Christmas money on. She up sold us by showing us another beautiful bead. We couldn't use our coupon there because it didn't qualify for the purchase we were making, but Victoria explained it so nicely. I came here a couple years ago and had the most amazing experience. I was really looking forward to get some more goodies. From the minute we walked in the lady was very uninviting. I thought maybe it was me so I kept looking. I found a piece I like in their jewelry case and said I loved it. This lady didn't even say boo. Maybe she was stressed from COVID. I can find these items elsewhere! Not sure. We may give it another try next year. We very well may not. read more

I was in town for the day and this place caught my attention because it carries Pandora products and I was interested in a new charm. They also carry other name brand products, such as Vera Bradley. Upon walking in, I was kindly greeted and had to wait a bit for service (since there were a few others before me). Never have I been treated as well as the lady here treated me. She was so kind and patient as I was choosing what charm I was interested in. She gave me her personal advice and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my choice before purchasing it. My only regret is not getting the name of the lady that helped me. I will definitely be back. Could not be more satisfied with the service. read more

My husband shops at the White House Boutique in Frankenmuth Michigan, quite frequently for special gifts for myself and our daughters . This year at Christmas time he went in looking specifically for the Alex and Ani bracelet collection and come to find out he was very misled. He had asked several times for the Alex and Ani collection and come to find out they sold him a Wind & Fire without making very clear to him that it was not the Alex and Ani. He had even called ahead and told them the ones he was looking for , and they had put them on hold. Very disappointed with this cute little store that he had shopped at for many years. We will be going back and asking for a refund , will see how they handle that. read more

Did some shopping at my favorite store, the Little White House tonight. They have the most beautiful jewelery and handbags in this store! They were having a really good special on Brighton rings, buy 2 get one free! I do love everything Brighton so it took me quite awhile to figure out what I wanted and they were a little busy. Bernadette helped me and she never made me feel pressured or in a hurry, she was super sweet and patient! It's nice to have good customer service these days so I always appreciate it immensely! This was one of my favorite shops in Frankenmuth as they have a wonderful selection of Vera Bradley and Brighton. However, recent experience with their customer service as left me vowing never to shop here again. After spending over $100 in the store (not my first time here) I realized the Kindle cover I purchased was the wrong size. I returned 2 day later (this store is a 1.5 hour drive away) to EXCHANGE for the correct size, I was told no return on sale merchandize. I wasn't RETURNING it, I wanted to exchange for a more expensive one. There was no changing their mind. I could see if I wanted my money back, but I wanted something that was more expensive which would have resulted in a larger sale for them. I have learned, buyer beware on sale items. One less store I need to visit when in Frankenmuth. read more

HORRIBLE customer service, much less on 'small business' day. The sales lady was clearly inconvenienced by my questions regarding Pandora bracelets. Not a problem...I went across the street and spent just shy of $1,000 at a different small business. read more
