There were 2 signs that said 39.00 but they refused to sell it to me, I asked if I could speak to you Abby, they said you were not there. I left without the sweater also no other items, very disappointed in the service I received. I have never had this issue before, they may have forgotten to take the $39.00 sign down, but the 2 signs were up as I shopped, so much for the customer being right. They do have a very nice assortment of Pandora jewels, so that's quite nice if Pandora is your thing.. I liked some of the clothing but they didn't have a lot of smaller sizes available, so that's a bit of a bummer. They do tend to tour their 'designer' handbag line but I find it very underwhelming.. I think you're better off picking up a serious designer bag finding a lower priced nice bag at Coach, Kate Spade or Michael Kors on sale the outlets in Birch Run.. sorry, those bags at White House do not impress me one bit.. As far as customer service goes, it's hit or miss..we were greeted this time when we walked in browsing, but the employee didn't even look up.. no one else was helpful and the lady behind the Pandora seemed pretty distracted.. we left without picking up anything this time.. I have purchased Pandora here before m, but this time was a bit of a letdown.. I'm sure we'll be back when we come back to Frankenmuth.

The Just Black jeans fit like Jeggings and feels like them but they are jeans with nice stretch. They fit every curve perfectly and it feels like you have PJs on. They were so cozy on a that I almost forgot I had even tried any on in the dressing room. Found a black and white stripe sweater with cute cinched sides at the bottom and made it look more edgy. The big over sized sweater with the large square pockets felt so nice and like a big hug. I know which sweater will be my new favorite this fall. I was able to get out with 2 sweaters and a pair of skinny jeans for the same price I paid for my Parker Smith jeans yesterday. Today was a good day for shopping.

It's one of those places where every corner feels like a photo op...beautiful lights, themed buildings, and a really fun atmosphere. There are so many incredible, quaint shops to explore, and a bunch of them offer free samples, which makes wandering around even more fun. We've still got plenty to come back for too, like the Ultimate Mirror Maze and the Blacksmith Experience. Some of our favourite stores we visited this trip were Sticky Situations, Enchanted Forest, Zac & Mac's Chocolate Haus, and Cherry Republic, all packed with personality and great finds. When I traveled to the Province of Bavaria, I thought I could find Lederhosen for less money. I was wrong, the prices are competitive with shops in Bavaria. When I went to buy my 5-piece Tracht (traditional German clothing) the size Bundhosen I thought was the correct size was out of stock. Instead of just ordering 1 size larger they ordered a few sizes larger too. Turns out the size that actually fit me was two sizes larger. Had they just ordered the size I thought would fit, I would have looked like an overstuffed sausage. Before buying my Tracht I checked online for Trachts and it turns out online isn't any cheaper for the same quality as I bought. At Bavarian Specialties a person can try on shoes, Bundhosen & Lederhosen, shirts, and hats. They also sell women clothing. The second day I put on my Bundhosen, the stitching failed which holds on the suspender button which was a manufacturing flaw. On my way to get them repaired I stopped in to let them know what happened. The owner was shocked and apologetic that the stitching failed. He told he would have it repaired at no cost to me. An Lager Mill employee told me he owned a pair Lederson for many years and button have never come off. Bavarian Specialties sells authentic made in Germany Lebkuchen, candies, and many other things to numerous to mention.

Over the years things have become more pricey, as has anywhere else that's touristy, but I will say they have some very cool and unusual things they carry that if I did have loads of extra cash I would purchase! Like these really cool heads, all the fairy things, leather products. Have some pictures included. The one thing we went in for this year a couple weeks ago was to check out the new bar. They even have a pretty good size outdoor patio that unfortunately we didn't get to take advantage of because of the rainy weather. It was still open for late October though which was nice. The bartender was extremely nice that day(we were in town from Oct 23-26)and very knowledgeable about the Zehnder family, Bavarian Inn, etc. It was a nice conversation we had for sure since I've been coming to Frankenmuth for so many years. Going off the Fall special drink list, I tried the Cranky Mule, my daughter tried the Frankenstein Monster one. For $8, it was a good size and decent price. No complaints they were both good! Will be going back here for a quick drink next time shopping here again. One special note, I believe there is a coupon for a free gift in the visitors coupon book. The minimum purchase has gone up, but the free gift has always been something nice here.

This is the place to visit in Frankenmuth if you're looking for an unusual gift or something to take home to remember your trip to this Bavarian town. Rau's has pretty much every souvenir with every name on shot glasses, pocket knives, keychains and the like. If you have a typical name, you will find a magnet with your name at Rau's. This shop also has a lot of old-fashioned candy, which you can scoop out and put into bags. You'll also find some local artwork for sale here, as well as lots of local Michigan products.

What should have been one of the happiest moments of her life turned into complete humiliation and heartbreak when she was suddenly told she was not allowed to purchase the dress after all. She ran out of the store in tears, utterly embarrassed in front of everyone. This kind of bait-and-switch behavior is not only cruel it violates basic principles of decency and and several Michigan consumer protection laws. The staff did absolutely nothing to help or console her afterward. No one followed up, no one apologized, and no one made any effort to make it right. Instead, they left a sweet, innocent young girl crying and traumatized. As a military Veteran and community leader I urge all families to not shop here, and to take your business elsewhere. This company ignored my asks, disregarded my child and spit on military families everywhere. Boycott all Bridal by Viper locations.

We arrived at 11:55am, went to the door, tried to open it, and it was locked. A woman came to the door and said, "I'm sorry, but we open exactly at noon." and shut the door in our face. So we went back to car in the windy weather and sat there for another 5 minutes. Another group of ladies showed up at 11:58am. They were told the same thing. At this point, it was comical. The same woman that made us wait in our cars for 5 minutes (instead of giving us a warm welcome and letting us sit on a couch to wait and possibly offering us a water) ended up being our consultant. Her name was Amber. She started asking me about my preferences. I informed her that I had already filled out the preference list that was sent to me online. She didn't even bother looking at it. Then she told me that I was going to pick out 4 dresses to try on and she would pick out 1. I told her that I had already selected 5 dresses to try on that were on my wishlist I had created online. I asked her if she had pulled them for me ahead of time. She said, "We're having a problem seeing wishlists online right now. You can see your selections, but we can't see them." I said, "Okay. Well here is my phone and this is what I selected. Could you please see if you have these." She leaves for a few minutes, comes back, and says, "We don't have any of these dresses in the store." Great. Just what I wanted to hear. Still trying to keep an open mind, I look at what they do have in the store. I picked out 4. She picked out 1. None of them were winners. She then went back to pick a few more. One was quite nice. I was really starting to fall for it. We decided to go out in the main showroom to try a veil on with it. Because the dress was 3 sizes too large on me, she said, "Let me see how long it would take for me to order this one and get it here." She leaves, comes back a few minutes later and says, "Well I hate to tell you this, but this dress has been discontinued." WELL THEN WHY EVEN SUGGEST I TRY IT ON IF IT'S NOT AVAILABLE??!! Know your product so you don't put people in this position! With this being my first time trying on dresses, I did learn a few things from the whole process. That was literally the only thing I took away. Other than that, it was a complete waste of time. Between the lousy "welcome", no dresses in the store, the lack of care with studying preferences ahead of time, and no knowledge about what is discontinued or not, it's a complete wonder how this place sells anything. Do not go here.
