When I came in, I was greeted, I felt welcomed, and in my conversation about my back with the massage therapist out front, the chiropractor came out and talked to me as well. My wife had bought me a gift of Groupon for a massage here recently and it was very easy (online) to schedule an appointment. Due to previous experience with Groupon, I expected to wait months for an appointment. I had an email from the massage therapist and felt welcomed even before I walked through the door. I have hardly any experience getting a massage so I was not sure what to expect. I appreciated the fact that Sarah (my massage therapist) asked me questions to find out where my pain was and tailored my massage experience to my answers. It was just the right amount of pressure because she asked me near the beginning if that's what worked for me. I was there for a 50 minute massage and although I did not fall asleep, it was very relaxing. I felt like taking a nap when she told me our time was done and I could take my time getting up. I could see going back and I don't think it'll be another 7 years before I have another massage. So relaxing, and with this experience, so worth the price.

However, we spoke so long about my skin rash that I forgot to ask about a mole I needed looked at. I minutes down the road and proceeded to call back to the front desk to tell them my dilemma. When I spoke to the receptionist, she told me that in order for me to have it looked at I needed to schedule another appointment and pay another $75 co-pay. I would've gladly turned back around to have them look it or stopped back in another time I definitely got the impression from my conversation with the front desk, staff, that the practice is more concerned with the monetary value of my visit as opposed to keeping a new patient. I received great care for tinnitus, had a hearing test, and counseled by a specialist. Dr. Brad DeSilva (Otolaryngology) and Meghan Hiss, AuD, were my care team and had two back to back appointments this day (hearing test first) and both Dr. DeSilva and Megan Hiss were excellent. I highly recommend them. Regarding the facility, I was disappointed that the coffee machine was down and there were no cups for the water. However, there was plenty of parking. I just wish I had brought my own coffee.
