The staff was kind, Dr. Herron is wonderful! I was recommended by my aunt whose a retired school nurse. A 7 mm diameter cyst and a wart on my heel were taken care of in just under 20 minutes. These reviews seem to criticize other doctors who may have previously worked here, but if you get Dr. Herron you're in good hands. The biggest snag I had was their version of mychart not working with my username but on the second visit they fixed that and I even got a call from the doctor saying the rash I originally went in for (which has since died off) was either a head rash or contact dermatitis.

Pros: I got in and out really really quick! My apt was at 8:10am I was out literally by 8:30am. The doctor came in did his assessment looked at my scalp and sent my prescriptions over to CVS. No issues there what so ever. Cons: When scheduling for an appointment online, I had to submit a copy of my insurance card in order to receive the appointment. This was a hassle! When I came into the practice, I had to provide them with all of my information yet again (insurance card, etc) because it was not in their system. What's the point in submitting a copy on line and then doing it again? The other issue that I have is that they handed me a clipboard asking for medical history. I would have done it accept, I was asked the same medical questions that were on the form by the nurse when she came in, the doctor when he came in, and then by the front desk via the packet. Lmao, if yal are going to ask the same medical questions that are on the sheet why have me come in a few mins early to complete the sheet??? Save a tree please!!! Other than that, no complaints. I will see how the solution he's providing me works out!

He always responds to inquiries too and it makes the whole process less stressful and efficient. My only issue wOuld be they sometimes get backed up requiring you to wait a little longer than normal, but worth it in the end. Dr. Zirwas doesn't rush through his appointments and is extremely thorough, so getting behind makes sense.

So, now today 02/17/23, when the appointment is 3 days away I get a call confirming my appointment with a different doctor! I called and spoke to an appointment scheduler who proceeds to tell me Dr. Bechtel isn't accepting new patients! Ok but what has that to do with me.. My appointment and payment was accepted 4 months ago for/with Dr. Bechtel... Then he said I was sent a letter that stated this, no I wasn't or you would have heard from me then.. This is so unprofessional for a doctor's office and one with Dr. Bechtel's good name affiliated with it. They wanted me to see another Dr. but I said no I waited 4 long months for Dr. Bechtel. She is hands down the best dermatologist I have ever seen! She's attentive, very knowledgeable (explaining every mole/mark on your body), and takes her time answering any questions you might have (especially regarding concerning spots). I never feel rushed and always leave feeling reassured! For this visit, I was provided some dark spot cream to help treat some dark spots on my face. I was advised that if I didn't see results within a few weeks, that I would be prescribed a stronger topical cream. I called back after a few weeks, was prescribed a new cream, and have seen some good results! Other Notes: - I was provided with a gift bag of sunscreen, body soap/wash, etc. for being a new patient. These weren't travel size - they were full sized bottles! This was greatly appreciated! - The ambiance/decor in the main office is SO cute! I enjoyed the decor, lighting, and music while waiting to be seen! - The parking situation is absolutely horrible (this office is right next to Capital University)! I spent at least 15 minutes driving back and forth the main street trying to find a parking spot. Boo! I would recommend suggesting available parking lots/spots should the back parking lot be full!
