I'm a ski and snowboard instructor, so I tend to get injuries from impact, posture, and overuse. I usually see Dr. Josh Kremb, and every time I see him I can feel his work becoming even more effective. I once came in with an incredibly sharp lower back pain and he gently touched my spine and it felt like he had given me some sort of injection that ran down my spine that instantly diminished the pain, but he hadn't given me a shot or anything, he just did his magic.
