I also had to reschedule twice, and she was super accommodating and easygoing about finding another appointment slot for me. I also received automated texts from the salon, so each time my appointment was updated, I got a handy text update. We planned to do a dermaplaning treatment - aka: shaving the face - which I thought was just to remove the hair, but turns out is also for removing dead skin. It was like a deep exfoliation and afterward my skin felt super smooth and refreshed! The treatment didn't hurt at all, and it was super affordable. Made an appointment weeks ago for this morning at 10 am. I received several e-mails from her online…read morebooking system reminding me to show up, and I do 10 minutes early. She never came. While there I called twice, leaving one voicemail, sent her a message through her website, and another Salon Lofts owner texted her. Waited until 10:40 and finally headed home. She texted me about 10 minutes later apologizing for not waking up to her alarm but has not replied to either of my other messages, one asking if she could still fit me in today, and it's been over an hour. I also already paid through Groupon and am seriously hoping to get a refund because I do not want to get stood up for a hair appointment again. Update: After the issues last Saturday, Kristen did contact me to truly apologize and offer to set up a second appointment if I was willing. I went this evening and she did an amazing job adding gorgeous color with Balayage and cut my hair just how I wanted. Not everyone is great with curly hair but she did a fantastic job and had some great tips for me about styling and products (only when I asked, she wasn't trying to push anything on me).

Never heard from her, then called and left her a voicemail with my name and number asking if she received my form. Then waited awhile longer and left a second voicemail. Groupon even try to contacted her twice without success. Groupon refused to refund my money even though she wouldn't provide the service. If she did not receive my online form, she could have easy return one of the 4 calls(by myself or groupon) made to her to let me know!
