My husband treated me to a surprise afternoon for my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. I am always nervous when trying a new salon or spa because you never know what you're gonna get but they did an excellent job on everything. I had a massage and facial by Cassy and she was so personable and fun, both service were great and had me nice and relaxed to have my hair done next. she even went and made me a delicious iced coffee to sip on while having my hair done. I believe my hair was done by Ella (forgive me it's been a couple months) and she nailed it. I had an odd request of green balayage and my hair came out perfect. She basically did exactly what the photo I showed her was and finished it off with styling so cute that I'll never be able to recreate it myself lol. I followed my stylist from Avon to this salon. I was DEVASTATED when my regular gal "retired" from hair, BUT she paired me with another amazing stylist at Revive, and I am very picky. The salon itself is cute, the shampoo room is what my bathroom dreams are made of, and the best part is the staff. I went and had my hair done recently and it honestly turned out great. The atmosphere was great. The stylist was efficient and kind. My one big complaint was that it cost over $300 for a cut/style/color. I regret not saying anything at the time of check-out and I get that's on me; however, I have never been charged that much for a hair appointment. The price was never disclosed in advance. Not sure why the up-charge since someone I know got basically the same thing done as me and the bill was half the price... I won't go back specifically for the reason of the price - that's more than I spend for a months worth of groceries. read more

The salon looks great on the inside. Trendy and cool. The staff was friendly but in the end my visit was not great at all. Having my hair fixed at a different salon tomorrow. It's my normal place but could not get in so i decided to try a new place. Had my eyebrows waxed: I asked my stylist to please only clean them up a little because I had been trying to grow them back after a bad threading. I finally had them where I wanted them and she waxed way too much. This totally changed my face. They will take months to grow back. Had color and trim: the color damaged my hair. It was literally only all over color to cover gray. I have deep red roots and dark brown hair now. The texture of my hair has been severely altered and it actually feels like straw. This has NEVER been an issue for me. The cut is not great. Lots of inconsistency with the way my hair sits now. I walked out with frizzy, undone hair. I looked better walking in than walking out. Had a facial and that was good and relaxing. Totally disappointed and self conscious now. My hair has always been great and now feeling badly about it. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. There is no confirmation email in my inbox whatsoever that I had an appointment scheduled 8 months in advance. I received a phone call but was not able to answer, my phone did not display the notification that they left a voice mail. Fast forward to my "appointment" and I was charged $120 for not showing up to my my appointment. I moved during the pandemic, and never once saw a confirmation email stating that I booked an appointment. Better yet my previous hair stylist had left. So instead of asking if I'd like to try someone different (which I wouldn't have) they booked me with someone random. Now I have to call my credit card company and explain to them why this shouldn't be charged to my account. When I called and asked if they could waive the fee, since this was the only time I'd ever not shown up to my appointment with them. I was promptly told no and was not given any chance to explain the situation. Absolutely horrible customer service and cannot be more frustrated. I have had no issues with this salon up until this point but this is absurd. We're in a pandemic and we are struggling to make ends meet. Show me that I signed up for an appointment, oh you can't? Hands down one of the best massages ever. I have continued to go to Leslie every few months for a 60 minute massage. The prices are extremely competitive and the service is flawless. This location offers many services -- hair cuts, massages, and more. Leslie is a wonderful, caring person and wants to ensure that you get relief to any issues. Love Revive Salon! The stylists are always very friendly and helpful. They have a great coffee bar as well! My stylist Kristen helped me pick a color I was looking for a even did it a second time to ensure it was perfect. My favorite part is the hair washing area. It's very relaxing and setup like a spa. It's quiet and dark and includes hot towels and hand massages, it's absolutely amazing. If you are in need of a new place to try I highly recommend trying revive. Also if you're unsure there's usually groupons available for $20-$90 depending on what you're wanting so a great way to try something new. I bought a groupon for a cut and wash. First Id like to say that the staff was very nice. The salon is very clean. I had a haircut there last week. I asked them to cut off one inch. She cut 1" off the front but 3" off the back of my hair. I was 100% clear that she was only to cut one inch. While she cut too much she did take her time and provided a stylish cut. read more

THEY CHARGE FULLLLL PRICE IF YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT!!! Go somewhere else that has better client service! I totally spaced on my appointment because, well, it's COVID, the end of the year, and I have a crap ton going on at the moment. They told me they normally charge the FULL AMOUNT of the cost of services but were only going to charge me half (still almost $70!!!!). That is SOOOOOO WRONG! First, there should be a little grace for the first time, if you charge people for missed appointments (that's fine, I get it, but give a buffer). I honestly don't know many businesses that stay open that do this without some sort of grace!!!!! Second, it should NOT be the full cost of your services! This is the nature of being in a service business...key word being SERVICE! I will NOT go somewhere a business does not give grace for this!!!! Also, they are wayyyy over-priced!!!!!!!!! And Gary Young, the founder of Young Living, killed his own child. My wife had a horrible experience here and will never go back! read more

I got a Groupon for this place and wanted to donate my hair after my wedding. First of all, the Groupon is only good for some stylist. I got Kristen as my stylist and she was super nice and friendly. I got a tour of the salon which has a massage room and a quiet area for shampoo. The whole process of getting my haircut went extremely well, my haircut itself - not so much. Kristen cut it a bit shorter than I wanted and even though I showed her pictures of what I wanted, it was nowhere close. I also asked for my layers to be blended in a bit and to give my hair some volume since it is so thin and flat, I got neither of those. It seems as if she just cut my hair straight across and did not really blend the layers together, I did not notice this till the next day when I showered and saw the awkwardness of it, especially since she styled it after my cut so it looked fine. They also did not tie the ponytail very well for the donation and it came apart in the envelope they provided, which created a giant mess in my car. Definitely would recommend a more experienced stylist. read more

Well just an update to my review. I was charged $75.00 for 11 foils. What tge I wner does not realize, is that I had taken a selfie to send to a friend. Yep photo evidence. In fact 4 photos...different angles. We counted and recounted....11 foils. Now most salons will volunteer to communicate with you that once they go over a certain amount of foils...the charge will go up dramatically. I will tell you....from the get go....and I was very clear on what I wanted done....this never communicated at this salon. In fact it took from 1230, when I paid....questioning what was I charged for, till 410pm, to get a receipt. I only received the receipt then after having to become very upset. Then only by text...because according to the Owner, Leslie, they are a green salon. It is very clear to me at this point, and after 2 to 3 conversations with Leslie...2 by phone, and 1 on person, that Leslie is not Customer concerned. Not only did she not make this right....if she could have....she would have told me to go straight to hades. Yes she was that condensending. I am not going to say Leslie has ever handled other customers, I was not handled well, at all. There can be no excuse found for the receipt to take 3 hours and 40 minutes to get to me....yet oddly enough I received an email from them on Sunday morning, thanking me for choosing them. Thank you Leslie for the slap in the face. Seems to me that everyone handling my bill knew I was being overcharged, and trying to hide it, in hopes I would just walk away and forget about it. Well I didn't. I have to rate this salon to send this out. I have to give it one star....honestly I was left feeling like who cares...cheated you out of your money...oh well. read more

Unlike the salon I had been going to for years, I was able to get in four days later with Kaylee. The salon has a wonderful esthetic, and absolutely EVERYONE in the salon is so kind and professional!! Kaylee and the salon owner had the exact type of extensions that I wear in their hair, so I knew I was in great hands. Kaylee brought my hair back to where I wanted it to be for so long, and reinstalled my extensions. They were upfront and professional about their pricing - no surprises. Just the best salon experience that I have had in years! I cannot recommend Revive, Kaylee, and the entire staff at the salon enough for color, extensions, and styling. Enjoyed my haircut experience at the New Revive Salon and Spa in Noblesville. I went in for a men's cut and Mallory was my stylist. Mallory did a terrific job on my hair, was extremely personable and has a great sense of humor. The cut included a shampoo / conditioner, Hot Towel (love it), very relaxing scalp massage while seated in a big leather chair. The entire staff at Revive was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable during my first visit. I have been to the other places for men's cuts, and typically I always feel like I am a number to get me in and out. I rebooked with Mallory and instantly got text notification reminding me of the date I booked!
