Over time, between office visits and quick phone calls and texts, we received so much care and information. I never waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from Melissa. If you are seeking a more natural way to receive pre and post partum care and want the best chance for a natural birth, I would highly suggest meeting with her. I am a young adult who is getting out into the world and trying to figure things out to keep up with my health. i have been having some issues going on with my body and in this economy my mom could not take off work to take me so I decided to go alone. I am glad my mom didn't go because she matches energies 10 fold and that lady is going to run into the right one, one day. When I made it to the back and got checked in everything was smooth sailing, the Dr and the nurses were so sweet and professional but the face of their practice is not it. This will cause a practice to go down so fast because patients are already dealing with health concerns and to be treated like your bothering someone who is suppose to be doing their job is crazy. I would highly recommend the Dr and nurses 10/10 but you will have to deal with a negative Nancy when you first get there so be prepared.

She was present throughout my pregnancy, and able to pivot and readjust many times to help me reach my goals and vision for childbirth. We wanted to labor at home, but when I went past my due date and had to be induced, she was right there in the hospital with me and we labored to 9cm! Past transition! I never thought it possible. I surprised myself as she was able to redirect me and help me flow with the pain for a faster and more successful labor. She was hands on and very attentive. She's also very personable and got along well with my husband and the healthcare team as well. The whole experience was 10/10 AMAZING!
