Mark, the Smokin' Hot owner (LOL, I just called him that because I'm sure no one else ever has) is someone I've known since the first few months my parents settled in Milan back in '62. I've watched from afar all the hard work he has put into creating a great product and growing his business. On trips home my tastebuds always lead me to the SH drive-through. This trip home I've eaten several times in the new sit down restaurant and got great service and food each time. I'm sure they have some kinks to work out and I'm sure they will. I got the regular bbq sauce on the side just in case I did not like it. They also offer a hot spicy one. Well the ribs were so tender they wanted to fall off the bone.
