I had the most pleasant experience with an employee there. If memory serves me right, I believe her nametag said "Piper". We both shared that we were full-time students at MSU. She was kind enough to ask me how my morning was starting and wished me a good day. I don't feel like this type of service is as typical anymore. Anyway, She was lovely and I believe my coffee tasted better after she made it. I would typically visit Starbucks down the street on the way to class, but thinking i'll reconsider following this experience! More on my opinion on the latte in a minute. The bakery is in another room and they had a large variety of pastries that are prepared in the building.
