I was in need of seven new windows so I contacted Window Source in North Canton. Salesman Chris came out to my house and brought in a brochure and showed me several windows. My current windows were wood and Oak Colored. I asked him if the window color would match my current color and if I would be able to keep my current custom blinds on the new windows and he stated in front of me and my wife the windows would match my trim and I would be able to re-install my new blinds which I recently purchased on the new windows and he assured me they would so I purchased seven windows from him. After waiting three months the new windows arrived and were installed. The color of the windows did not match my trim as Chris told me they would and I was not able to re-install my new blinds which I recently purchased. One of the windows was broken and I was told I would have to wait for a replacement. I contacted Eric the owner who told me Chris did tell me the windows would not match the trim in my house and that my wife and I were lying. He became aggressive and began telling me I signed a contract and that was that so get use to the windows not matching. The windows not matching the trim looks terrible so I will have to once again purchase new windows to replace these new windows which I was told would match by Window Source and they do not. In full disclosure they did replace the broken window and take off $500.00 of the cost but I will still need to buy new windows and blinds . The installers were great and Kent was good. We contacted Window Source back in 2019 to get a full house of windows and change out a bay window to sliding glass doors. Their price was considerably lower than any other company we contacted. Covid hit and that pushed back our install. Once they installed, the service was great and the craftsmen were wonderful. We called them again at the beginning of 2022 to have 2 doors and some shutters installed. Ken came out to measure the shutters and door frames. He noticed some of our windows had leaked out all of the argon gas. He ordered replacement windows. I was quite impressed that he was honest and noticed this and did the right thing. It did take a few months to get the new windows, doors and shutters, but with supply chain issues and employee shortages I completely get it! We are very happy with Window Source and appreciate their low pressure sales. Please try to be patient with businesses right now. They are struggling to keep employees and with prices increasing around the globe, we need to be more understanding. read more

A Fraudulent company, read this review before you order, they will lie about lead time. Ordered new windows for my home On September 9th, 2021 and at that time the salesperson said they were running about 8-12 weeks out. I have reached out in October, November, and now in December multiple times. I put down a 50% deposit of about $4,500.00. The excuse they give is a supply chain issue and they tell me that things ordered in July aren't getting installed till November. None of this was relayed to me during the sales process. It is 28 degrees outside, I ordered windows from Window Nation at a previous home in 2016 and they manufactured the windows and had them installed in 4 weeks. I understand 8-10 weeks but not at 14 weeks and into winter, we just want our money back. They told us the product is made in Ohio, I am not aware of any supply chain issues in Ohio but if there are issues getting products to make their product this was never conveyed to us during the sales process. Now, they left a message saying it will be at least another 3-5 weeks putting it into almost February. In the message the guy says, it is past time to refund and that the supply chain issues occurred later in September. At no time was I called in September to say hey, you know it is going to take an extra 6-8 weeks or a year or whatever, did you still want your windows? Feel free to message me about this company taking advantage of people, taking a deposit, and doing NOTHING!!! read more

Still waiting,....again Back in October found out one of our new windows was defective. Came out agreed to replace it. Haven't heard from them since. Call them about two weeks ago, window there don't know why we weren't on delivery schedule. Like I said, still waiting....again. No calls no explanations no time table. Jim Manello read more

I just had all the windows in my home, my front entry door, my storm/screen door, and my 12' sliding glass door replaced. All were replaced with triple pane glass. Window Source was AMAZING! The price they quoted was final. Even though my front door needed several adjustments that caused more time, work, and parts, the price was still the same. They were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after them selves, and were friendly. I had a crew of 5 that were at my home a day and a half, and they all spoke English! After they installed each item, they cleaned up the inside with a portable cordless vacuum, and cleaned the outside entirely. No scraps or trash left behind. Chris and Eric at The Window Source are very kind and professional. Chris takes the time to patiently talk things through and answer questions, and is not pushy at all. We had some issues with our installed bow window which took a long time to be addressed; however, Eric assured us along the way that we were not forgotten and that the issues would be resolved. The issues have been resolved (at no additional cost to us) and we are happy with the window! So far it's proving to be a very high-quality window which looks great.
