Martin's guys came out in freezing cold weather in January to replace my roof and were done in two…read moredays. Work was great on that note. However, when they arrived (while it was still pitch black dark outside), they knocked down my mailbox when backing into my driveway. (I didn't even know they were coming on that particular day because he sent me a text at about 11:30pm and I was already in bed.) Martin went immediately and purchased a new mailbox but due to the frozen ground, couldn't put it in. They managed to nail the broken one back up but now it is nearing the end of April and he still hasn't replaced my mailbox. I've contacted him numerous times but all I get is "I'll try". He noted in a recent text that he was going to try and get one of the guys working on his house to come over and fix. "His house".... Apparently his own personal work is more important than paying customers. I would not recommend him to anyone due to his lack of communication and all the excuses when it comes to my mailbox. Hopefully I don't need any roof repairs because I'm afraid of how long it will take to get them done even with his warranty. Not very professional.

When I first moved in we had hurricane Helene come through, causing water to come in and flood the front part of my apartment. Adam and his team jumped into action to get the issue resolved. Since Drew the new property manager came here, the property has imporved all the way around. She is doing a great job. She listens and understands what the residents need and want. I have outgrown my 1 bed and needing to upgrade to a 2 bed and have more space. She is helping me make that happen without me having to move somewhere else. The location is perfect to anything and anywhere you may want or need to go. Also thankful for the food trucks that are here frequently, saves me on door dashing or having to cook.

We had windows installed 9 years ago by Window World. We have had to reach out to them a few times…read moreto replace a window, or fix a screen. This latest time I called them a week ago and they were prompt on calling me back to go over the issue. They set up an appointment and were out here within 24 hours fixed the problem and was gone. We have nothing but high praise for Window World and the windows that we have in our house. Would highly recommend you to look into their services when considering replacing the windows in your house. They are top notch!!
