We were supposed to get the fees back that we paid except the management would not meet or speak with us about the issue that happened. We only got $200 of the $400 deposit back even though we were supposed to get it all back. We tired several times to get a response to our missing money but never received a response. Maybe the complex was afraid of losing the money instead of renters. The only bright spot at this place is BRANDON and hope the company knows how lucky they are. Know that if you order anything that won't fit in your mail box you have to go to the post office to pick it up. I've seen a bag of trash sit on the grass for a 2 weeks...2 WEEKS before anyone running this place picked it up. If you live near the dumpster you barely can enjoy sitting outside cause all you smell is trash. It's nice they have it but right next to multiple buildings. It's supposed to have the gates to access inside for security but someone behind you gets close enough they can go in also. Why have a gate then? I've witnessed someone sitting at the front office in the middle of the night waiting an he for someone to go thru the gate which is supposed to close after every car. Since Drew the new property manager came here, the property has imporved all the way around. She is doing a great job. She listens and understands what the residents need and want. I have outgrown my 1 bed and needing to upgrade to a 2 bed and have more space. She is helping me make that happen without me having to move somewhere else. The location is perfect to anything and anywhere you may want or need to go. Also thankful for the food trucks that are here frequently, saves me on door dashing or having to cook.
