I had a GREAT first visit at the Winning Smile Flowood! Ashley, Mary, and Dr. P each took their time and made an extra effort to make sure I was comfortable during my visit and understood everything I needed to know. Dental work has always been hard for me and anxiety inducing but they immediately put me at ease and were just so kind. I also appreciate their approach to discussing options to make me happier with smile or things I want to fix with my teeth that no one has ever discussed with me. Had a very bad experience with this office. A billing dispute arose and this office was not willing to work with me on a fraudulent charge.

Wendy Lewis is a general dentist who decided to play orthodontist and put me in a treatment plan that was not conducive for my particular case. I should have been referred to an actual orthodontist. Fast forward after being in the six month smile for 12 months instead of 6 months... i now have severe flaring and my jaw pops when i bite into food. I am now being told by an orthodontist that i have to have jaw surgery to correct her mistakes. When i confronted her about the flaring i was brushed off and dismissed. After confronting her with the second opinion from an actual orthodontist i was gaslit and basically called poor and stupid. I now suffer with anxiety and this has held me back in my career.. I'm on the search for someone who has integrity and can fix this mess! DO NOT LET GENERAL DENTIST PERFORM ORTHODONTIC TREATMENTS!!!! read more

DO NOT WASTE A DIME HERE. They genuinely do not care about you. It's all about money for them. They left me traumatized about my teeth which I am already insecure of.. I came in JUST to fix a chipped tooth, yet they felt the need to point out all of my flaws in my teeth. Told me I had white spots on my teeth (WHICH IM WELL AWARE OF) and that I could benefit from getting Invisalign or better yet just shave all my teeth down and get porcelain veneers (note I'm only 23 years old & my teeth are healthy just not aesthetically perfect) they told me I could look "perfect" like one of their clients posted on the wall in their foyer then proceed to give me a quote of over $20,000 which I absolutely can't afford. My stepfather has not had efficient service. They overlooked his denture implant payment which resulted in a 6 week delay. I recommend communicating regularly when waiting for lab work, to make sure it's actually being done. read more

I thought after my last dentist that I had found a dentist that truly cared about my smile. Hence the name! Turns out it was all about the money. After spending thousands of dollars at the Brandon and Flowood facilities. I go in for two caps. The impressions are done. I wait a few weeks for my caps to arrive. The office ends up telling me that they have been misplaced or lost. I don't know what facility makes their caps but whom ever it is does a terrible job. After waiting weeks and paying a fortune for my caps . They finally tell me that they found them. I go in to have dr. Wendy put them in. First of all, you should know that At this time I was in the middle of selling my home and moving to another state. I go to have dr. Wendy put my caps in, she does and I leave. I get home, look in the mirror only to see that one cap is perfect. It fits and matches my other teeth. "HOWEVER" the other cap looks like a really white piece of wadded up bubble gum. I'm in total disbelieve. Every, time I smile someone will ask me if I'm chewing gum. In the meantime we are right in the middle of selling our home, finding a new home and leaving Mississippi for another state. When I get settled . I find a new dentist. This dentistry that I now go to, actually make's your cap while you are sitting in the chair. They make it, put it in and that's it. I thought , this is perfect. I'll just call dr. Wendy, tell her of my dilemma, get my money back for the super white bubble gum cap and have my new dentist replace this super white wad of bubble gum for me. That was a year and a half ago. I'm still waiting for dr. Wendy to call me back like the person in the office said she would. I tell the girl in the office about my dilemma. She said she too was in disbelieve that dr. Wendy would do that to me. she has avoided me , so i take It that she will never call me back and I would not be getting my money Back for this super white piece of bubble gum. I either pay out my pocket to replace dr. Wendy's mess and because my insurance is not gonna re-pay for a replacement, or just live with it. Because I'm now having to live with my super white wadded up piece of bubble gum. I wanted to make sure that other customers don't fall for dr. Wendy and this money grubbing offices deceit. It's pretty sad when a DOCTOR takes the oath stating that they will do no harm to patients , actually cares more for the money than your winning smile. "Hence the name" I seriously don't get it. beware!!!!!!! julie will scam your insurance company then still try to charge you and not return your calls. they will charge your insurance company for the free consultation. they also will misquote you on what your insurance company will pay. between myself and my insurance company, i have paid over $500 for a "cleaning" and "scaling" which is normally done for free with my two dental insurance plans. they still want more money! scam artists!!!!!! read more
