I visited this past weekend was happy with every aspect of my visit. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly front desk manager who found me an available room several hours before my scheduled check in time. The room, was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perhaps most importantly, the temperature was really well controlled -- a must given that it was only about 15 degrees outside! I've provided several photos, but they do not do justice to the inviting feel of the room! I used the gym on both mornings of my stay and I want to hi-light the gym as a great feature of the hotel. Cardio, free weights and a weight machine are all available. I was in the gym for approximately 50 minutes each morning and I had the gym to myself. Guests have no excuses if they do not work out while visiting! I'll right a separate review of Flint, the on-premise restaurant, but I had breakfast there twice and both times I had a great meal! I don't know that I will make my way back to Oklahoma City, but if I do, I will be staying at the Colcord!

Service was very good. Valet staff by the door always opened the door for me. Front desk staff always greeted as I was liked by. Cleaning staff was friendly, and restaurant staff was attentive. Had a chance to eat breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and food was pretty good at a reasonable price I did have a billing issue and I hope they will take care of it after a regular staff arrives. Whenever I noticed on something during a stay, communication was easy via text message and they addressed it right away. I would definitely stay here next time in town.

The bathroom door is a pocket door with a 3 inch gap at the top for the rollers and held closed by a magnet on the wall that catches on the end of the pocket door. If you don't align it properly, the door continually slides back into the wall. The hot water situation is nothing short of abominable. Currently, we have no hot water in the shower or the sink. So we decided to go down to breakfast. Coming back up to our room, the elevator opened for us to enter, but when we got to the ninth floor, the doors would not open. We went to the eighth floor, where the elevator doors did open, got out, and took the stairs up to the ninth floor to gain entry to our room. Tried three times to call the front desk from our room and each time were cut off. Finally reached someone at the front desk and advised them that the elevator was having issues by not opening on the ninth floor. She said she'd send maintenance and hung up. She didn't ask which elevator of the 3 elevators available was having issues, what the problem was, or if we were safely back in our room before disconnecting our call. Needless to say the only thing I'd recommend at this hotel is the breakfast. I certainly expected better from a Hilton hotel.

I accidentally booked the wrong week, but the manager on duty (Vianna, I believe) went above and beyond to help us. She made the refund process easy and quickly got us set up with a room for that same night. She was absolutely amazing and turned a stressful situation into a great experience. The room itself was incredible--spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The kids loved having extra space, and the bathroom was huge. The beds were extremely comfortable, which was much needed after a long day of travel. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was a fun bonus for the kids. Breakfast the next morning was spectacular with so many options--everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back again!

Just our luck that there was some event/concert going on right next door so there were tons of crowds and literally every person came in to use to the valet parking at the same time we did. The queue for the valet was into the street and involved some waiting. As luck would have it, every other time we were in the vicinity of the entrance, there was no line. Every staff member I interacted with was nice. Our room was gigantic, especially considering the hotel's downtown location. There was a lil kitchen with a full-sized fridge, couch, desk, separate shower/toilet and sink area. The view of the city was great. The bed was cozy, no audible noise despite all of the shit in the area and it being a Friday night. The delivery people were able to drop our shit off at the door. Valet parking was $34 which is more than everyone else is complaining about in other reviews but I find that pretty standard. Would definitely stay here again.

There is a gas station right by this hotel that would make entrance easier if they had built an opening. You have to go all the way around by service road. Guest services was friendly. Entering our room was a descent ambiance. Turned off by splattered food marks (I guess) on walls by trash can and another area of the wall had something on it as well. Too tired to mention this and ask for another room. Simple wipe down would have taken care of this. Fixtures in areas throughout not mesh with the wall (gaps). Sink is not in bathroom area but near front entry of hotel, so that is different but tolerable. Comfort of beds were alright. Our pillows seemed to be fit for our 4 year old or kid size but again tolerable. Not sure if pool area was unbalanced w/chlorine but we had a reaction and ended up getting out earlier than anticipated. The food we did not eat for breakfast was just pushed back neatly and left on the desk area where we had left it vs. being thrown out from maid services.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the included breakfast, but we went down at 7:45 and the only hot food items we saw were about a cup of scrambled eggs that looked like they were from yesterday and an inch or so of congealed gravy in the deep oatmeal/gravy pot. There was some cereal and a few bread/bagel options. We went out for breakfast instead. There was a kid with a plate of slightly fresher-looking eggs when we got back.
