The team is very knowledgeable when it comes to the wellbeing and safety of our dogs. Our boys love getting dropped off, and sometimes, don't want to leave! Brenden, Michelle, Kimber & Madi are all great to work with and you can tell they are all passionate about what they do. Thor (my mixed breed senior pup) is always hesitant around new people and he very quickly grew fond of the team here. That's how I knew he was in good hands! Zuko (our Bernedoodle puppy) loves every chance he gets to run around at Digg's and make new dog friends. We even get to see them running around and having fun on Digg's Playhouse social media platforms. We're very thankful to have a place close to home that we can bring our boys to. We're never in constant worry about if they're doing okay -- that is always my biggest hurdle when dropping them off for boarding. I trust the team at Digg's Playhouse fully and am so happy to have a reliable place for our dogs to be cared for when we need it.

This is not something I will do in the motor home, and I saw an ad for Splash not far from the campground. I have never used a self-serve pet spa, but I'm glad I did! When I walked into Splash bright and early, there were already several other dog owners bathing their pooches. The wonderful staff member helped get me set up and ready to start the process of cleaning my pups. In less than an hour, my girls were clean, dry, and brushed! Having all the necessary tools within reach sure made this easy! Plus, I didn't have to clean the bathroom of all the dog fur, change soaking wet clothes as they have aprons for the owners, no wet laundry to do as they have the towels, and neither my back nor my knees hurt as the tub is waist high!

This is a situation completely out of our control, yet he is still keeping our money. I get it's a business, but he obviously doesn't care about people or the situation. I will be sharing this via social media. Not a good person at all! He just wants your money. Filing a complaint against him on the BBB and going viral on social media.

Each time, Portia tells me she'll have to check their reservations and she'll get back to me. Neither time has she done so--I missed out on being able to get my dog booked for another kennel while I was waiting a day and a half to hear back from Portia. If they can't return calls as promised, I'm not trusting them with taking care of my dog.
