She's personable and informative- which is everything I need from a provider. But in addition ti that she submitted a prior authorization request to my insurance company without me asking. She really puts in work and takes your healthcare seriously, but she's super nice about it. Some providers are cold and that makes such a vulnerable experience- being a patient that has concerns or fears- much worse than it needs to be. Both she and the medical professional who took me back to the examination room and listened to my concerns were empathetic, kind, and smart. I was really surprised, but this is a great office and they provide excellent care.

We continued walking about 5 feet, but stopped again so she could sniff the tree by the street. I heard "Ma'am" behind me and I turned around. A woman was standing in the doorway of the Surgery Center and asked if I had a poop bag for my dog. I said yes, but informed her my dog had not pooped yet and would pick it up if she did. Her co-worker then proceeded to come to the door and in a rude and disrespectful tone told me I needed to pick up after my dog. I informed the second person that my dog had not pooped yet and would pick it up if she did. She then proceeded to argue with me so I asked her to point out where she thought my dog had pooped and I would walk over there to look (I knew she hadn't pooped, but I thought I would entertain her). She caught a whole attitude and told me that she would not be doing that and I should know where my dog pooped. I honestly drug my dog back 20 feet to check the dirt patch then I just continued on our walk. I understand that if I had an attitude with her that I deserved the attitude back but I was not in any way disrespectful. I didn't appreciate her attitude over the misunderstanding. If this is the way staff treats someone walking by, I can't imagine how they treat the customers/patients.

0 Stars - Unsafe, Dishonest, and Predatory Practices…read more PureDropIV is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you care about your health, your money, or even basic honesty, stay far away. The treatments themselves were physically damaging. One nurse attempted to insert an IV in my hand and left me with a massive, painful bruise and swelling that took weeks to heal. After I complained, they sent another nurse, supposedly to "make things right." At first, it seemed okay--but then I developed an even worse bruise on my arm, with blood pooled under the skin. It was extremely painful and again took weeks to go away. These were not small marks; these were serious injuries that should never happen in a professional medical service. Because of this repeated harm, I placed my membership on hold. I followed every step they required--emailed when told, and received a text confirmation on June 4 that my membership was paused. I keep all my emails, and I can state without question: PureDropIV never emailed me about a time limit on the pause, never emailed me about its duration, and never emailed me anything about my membership at all. Later, when I challenged them, they tried to claim otherwise. That is simply false. Even with the confirmed hold, PureDropIV still charged me $499 on August 11, 2025. To make matters worse, they continue sending automated reminders to schedule treatments as if nothing ever happened. This is not only sloppy--it's dishonest and predatory. So here's the truth: PureDropIV caused me painful physical injuries, lied about their communications, and billed me when my membership was confirmed as on hold. That combination makes them unsafe, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Do not risk your health, your money, or your peace of mind. Stay far away from this company.

I was so sick and tired of being sick, so decided on IV therapy to try to help speed my healing along. I was able to book pretty last minute, the nurse was incredible - efficient, confident, made good recommendations based on my needs and budget, and was just a nice person who was enjoyable to talk to while I was getting my infusion. The infusion helped tremendously - I improved by probably 50% almost immediately. I will concede that, as others have mentioned, the service is quite pricey, but I knew that up front and was willing to pay the cost to have someone come to my home to administer the IV therapy. If you're willing to pay the price, the service is great!

I've recently been plagued with lower GI issues so I was referred to Capital Digestive by a good…read morefriend. However, they apparently merged with Metropolitan. My initial office visit and consultation was with Dr. Jessica Korman at 10215 Fernwood Road, Bethesda location - was very unsettling, and to make it even worse, she was 1.5 hours late. *Note - this practice does not validate your parking ticket* Then, Dr. Korman rushed through my medical records I'd brought with me, she told me nothing I couldn't have found on WebMD. It seems her sole purpose was to get me scheduled for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, yet she never once during our 7 minute consultation examined me - not even lifted up my blouse and touched my stomach. So it begs to wonder why she wanted to do an endoscopy to begin with. Needless to say, the appointment I scheduled for the upper and lower procedures - I cancelled as soon as I got home. Maybe the other Doctors in the practice were better - but I was too scared to find out. I decided to go with a GI doc from Johns Hopkins and she was did a complete workup before she scoped me, found the problem in my lower GI and now I'm good as new.
