I tried showing her the online order but I never received a confirmation. She pointed to the kiosk to order and I tried again to explain that I order online. She shook her head no and said that she doesn't speak English. I then showed her my bank statement showing that I paid and she nodded her head and pointed to the screens as to ask what I ordered. She made the smoothie and handed it to me. Perfect. Unfortunately, she did not understand that I already paid for the smoothie online. I tried showing her the bank statement again but that did not work. I tried using a translation app but unfortunately none were working at that time. I ended up having to pay for the smoothie again. $21 or so for 1 smoothie. I think the thought was that when someone comes into order, they would use the kiosk. This would in turn, decrease the level of error.
